Came for a 3pm merch drop. Got in line around 3:50, clinging to the hope that they wouldn’t run out, and ordered a large SF golden eagle with no ice and a medium SF chocolate milk. Got to the window and found out they’re out of merch (the person two cars ahead of me, got their last ones). 😭 Also found out at the window that my drinks were cold pours (extra charge for each) instead of just no ice and the chocolate milk was not made SF. I asked that the coffee just be refunded...

I always get great customer service here so saying that Amari is one of the best is really saying something! If you had an Amari at every restaurant then you’d surly over run Starbucks in no time
