DON’T ORDER AHEAD, unless you have no where else to be and you want to wait over 20 minutes. I have ordered ahead a couple of times (I tried again because they weren’t busy) but both times I have now waited over 25 minutes. Tonight was awful. We ordered ahead and checked in at the window and let them know we had a mobile order and gave our name. While we were eating, two different people came up and ordered after us. They made their orders and they left. There was four cars in the drive through when we arrived and as we are waiting four to five more cars came to the drive through and got their orders made in a timely fashion. 30ish minutes later we leave with our drinks. One of our four drinks was so watered down it was gross and not drinkable, but wasn’t worth the time to go back and have it fixed. There was only two people working. The young lady who was “working” did not make one drink the entire time, she only chatted with the male coworker who was making drinks, and went to the fridge once and grabbed popping boba pearls, other than that she would disappear to the back. At one point I was able to catch her when she brought someone else’s drink to the window, and when I asked her how much longer she only gave the excuse we had a rushed. No they did not, I had been standing there the whole time. The cars in the drive through that came through were spaced a few minutes or so apart. I’m not even sure why order ahead is even an option?? Obviously they don’t make it a priority to make them even after you check in. The staff that I have encounter several times are friendly and I don’t fault them per say, but apparently there is no emphasis on making sure mobile orders get done in a timely manner. If you go to this location don’t bother ordering ahead you’ll get it faster waiting in the drive through line.
I order a large easy ice but got nothing but a cup full of ice very bad experience. I won’t be coming back not to pay 16 for a cup of ice!

They need to get better with the mobile orders I will order 30 min ahead and my order always still not ready so what’s the whole point of order ahead false advertising?
First off the food is fine and I really want to come back but with how long the line is and slow moving. I order ahead on the app get there, then they put it in and wait 20 min in line. Also the way they have the 2 enter and murge is not the best for off hours. I'm sitting in line already for 5 min and 2 cars pull in the 2nd lane to more or less cut in line seems super stupid. Unless you have some one out side able to put orders in.
Over all food good service is lacking. Seems faster just to go to Starbucks at this time.

I come here almost every morning for my caffeine fix and it’s always so good w the best service too. Everyone is always friendly. I love this location and definitely recommend it to everyone I know.

Hey there, on November 5th we had 2 mobile orders placed for walk up. Me and my daughter had waited 15 minutes before even receiving the first item with no cars or others waiting… then another 10-15 minutes for the second order of that simply being a lemonade. While seeing the two ladies inside the shop not attending towards our drinks, eventually the extra shop of sour shot was not applied to the lemonade we had purchased. Brought it to the attention of the workers, with the only solution coming to a lady simply pouring an excessive amount of the sour shot inside of a separate small sized cup and handing in to me to have it done myself instead of any assistance. Along with the horrible inefficient time with no customers and very rude customer service, I don’t foresee myself or family coming back to this shop in any manner. I have been at this location a few times now and continue to be let down, this event today being the final punch. This is not the Dutch bros I know to love and appreciate and hope for better.

It's quite apparent that the outstanding leadership of Emma, Dee and Natalie are now missing. The lack of customer service and quality of the other employees' work is sadly SO evident. I do understand that tonight's workers were overwhelmed by a stretch limo with about 20 orders at once. However, after waiting over 20 minutes for my preorder, the young man actually palmed the top of my cup with his bare hand and began to fill the cup to create my pre order. Had I not said anything he would have served me with a contaminated cup. DISGUSTING! He looked me in the eye and flat out lied to me, stating that he was going to throw it away. But he had filled the cup halfway by the time that I said something. When he finally finished my order, he sat it on the counter and walked away. Mind you I am still waiting in the drive thru line with 3 more customers behind me. No apology, nothing. I feel that he did that out of spite because I called him on his unsanitary ways. I told him that I was disappointed in his terrible customer service. Still nothing, unfazed by my comment. DEPLORABLE!
