Found this place because I was looking for some good chicken n waffles in the area, and they did-not-disappoint. Shocked really to even find this dish here based on the name, but that's why you Gotta "yelp-it-out." We got here I'm good timing so there wasn't really a crowd for breakfast, and we had choice pickings of where we wanted to sit - in or out. We opted for the outdoor since they had a nice shaded section to enjoy the sun before the heat. We ordered the fresh squeezed OJ (LOVE that they offer that), some coffee (American & caramel macchiato), the fried chicken wings with the Thai/Korean sauce on the side, red velvet waffle, and the avocado benny. ALL were good. The wings were plentiful & flavorful. Honestly I didn't even need the sauce, but was good too. My waffle was on point, not too sweet and definitely with the true red velvet taste w/cream cheese drizzle (yummm). My husband truly enjoyed his benny - first time trying a Benedict, but good nevertheless. Needless to say we were some stuffed chickens leaving out, but it was all worth it. Service was great too, so definitely a brunch spot when I'm in the area.

They got our order wrong two weeks in a row. Last week we called and was told they would make it right this week and they ask our name and that they would put us on a list for the manger. This week They said they don’t have a list after they made this visits order. Wrong might I add. The manager came out to speak to my husband with food on his face and basically said oh well. My husband said you would rather lose a customer than to make it right. The manager said nothing! We will not be back!! 46.00 worth of food we did not eat twice!

We love it here!? Very nice outdoor seating! Very nice indoor and spacious, too.... Staff is very friendly and we love the food, especially the kids... Most of all, I truly enjoyed my chicken, bacon and waffle tower!! Definitely will come back over and over again for weekend brunch..?

**DISGUSTING**My second visit. I stopped by a few months back and was less than impressed. Thought I'd give them another shot today. This time I visited with my husband on our way out of town for a family event. Immediately reminded why I didn't like it before. Dining room was a mess. Four empty tables full of dirty dishes. The floor is filthy. I ordered a mocha my husband had gone through two dr peppers before they even started making my coffee (btw... they weren't making anyone coffee).NOT worth $35.Probably won't be coming back.EDIT: Hair on my husband's plate!!! His poached eggs in his benedict were actually raw. The half a tiny cup of $4 mocha tasted like absolute garbage, the sink in the lady's room was clogged and overflowing, there was no paper to wipe your tail or your hands. The self-serve coffee was empty.If we weren't so pressed for time I would have asked for the manager who was apparently not in the store.WE WILL NEVER BE BACK

Great breakfast stop! They truly have something for everyone. Our family has both gluten and dairy intolerances, and we were still able to eat a delicious breakfast while away for the weekend. I highly recommend!

ordered over medium. eggs served slightly runny. asked for a bit firmer, waitress returned dish in a moment and said "They are over medium". Food quality and flavor seemed good.

The place was closed for renovations and I didn't get the cancellation until I had already gotten there! 30 minutes after I had placed the order!
Ordered through ubereats & my veggie omelet was huge & delicious, Still hot too! The salsa is so flavorful, yum ?

First went in and no menus then second they couldn’t make decaf coffee then they screwed up on eggs Benedict how you do that who knows and just FYI the menu on line as what I used since they had no menus was out dated so my tax sampler doesn’t come with pancakes as I was advised so all and all it was the worst breakfast ever and I cane when it was new and from then to now they went down to the dumps wouldn’t recommend this place to my dog and if you do go in enter at your own risk .

Closed and wow what a total disappointment! Maybe you should update! I have to keep writing, well your new location is overpriced, overpacked, with the vibe of a hipster version of Waffle House.

If I could give a zero stars review I would.....First impression upon entry the restaurant is dirty ... the hostess told me “ we close an hour but no rush “ . Already making my husband and I uneasy . The tables were dirty and the place had a smell almost like a gas leak .We ordered our food and were charged extra for flavored pancakes .... our food was brought out and the pancakes we paid extra for were not brought out . My husband asked them to correct the mistake ... we sat and waited for 20 min andThe pancakes were never brought out instead the staff was prepping to close up. I was refunded for the surcharge of the pancakes but .... never wasting my time nor money coming here . Food is way overpriced for what they serve . Food was bland.I will say the staff was polite but that does not overshadow the experience . The owner needs to organize his business as it’s in complete disarray .

First impression the table was dirty and it had a smell of fabuloso and dirty bathroom. The lady that was working the front register was rude she told us that we had to pay up front and order and had to get our own drinks. But the Caucasian man that that sitted a couple tables beside us was waited on she served him coffee water anything he wanted. She didn't even tell him he had to get his own drinks or pay or oder up front. The Cook in the back was eating while she was cooking food and also she was wiping her nose with the side of her wrist. And didn't wash your hands after she just grabbed a napkin and blew her nose and wiped her hands.
