I really tried to give this place grace because they just opened, but every time I go my order is messed up! This last visit I ordered a bagel with onion cream cheese and they gave me regular cream cheese. Previous visits no cream cheese at all. I even tried ordering through the app, same issues. I probably won't be back because the cost of food items is not worth the headache of mediocre service.

Make sure you check all your orders. They completly messed up my order by giving me two wrong bagels and putting on cream cheese after I asked them not too.

I got home opened my bag to find all my bagels sliced 🫠Yes yes it’s not that serious right?!Working with the public is so difficult. …all us, never them! Sure except the slicer is never cleaned off so now all my bagels taste like what ever they sliced before my mine instead of the flavor I ordered. That’s nice….

I placed my order through the mobile app and picked it up via the drive-thru. The service was excellent, and my food was warm and delicious. I was very satisfied with my experience and will definitely continue coming back for more of their great food.

I hyped up the food to my work neighbors who let me use their driveway. So i buy them lunch or breakfast every so often to repay them. Anyway, i ordered her a breakfast sandwich specifically no cheese get it back to her, she tells me it has cheese so she didn’t eat it. Probably going to delete the app off my phone. I was planning on using them often but a week earlier, I had bought two half dozen signature sandwiches for 830 pickup, I got out of there at 9 o’clock. I was really excited when they opened. I gave 2 stars because the food is good just really wish they can figure out the service. 12/22/25 thought i would give it another try this morning, ordered two brisket egg sandwiches. Had to come back because they gave me bacon instead. It’s wild to me They can’t get an order right to save their life. I really want to do business with them because I love their product but they make it too hard.

Went at 6am before work. And the young staff were too busy talking amongst themselves i had to keep repeating myself because they weren't paying attention and asking me the same questions over and over again. And they still managed to get my order wrong. And food was cold Its been twice that I've gone and the staff is not paying attention to the customer.

I ordered a hot vanilla Coffee with almond milk. It was good but lukewarm. I asked to have it warmed. They made a new coffee but it was thin with less flavor.

This place is trash. Nothing looks like the pictures on the menu. Total false advertising. I’m honestly disappointed what they serve and what they show are two completely different things. DON'T GO DON'T GO DON'T GO!!!!! PLEASE DON'T GO!!!!! FOOD IS SO POO!!!
