The food here is AMAZING. The pupusas are heavenly. Ordered take out with my sister and the server who was helping us was very attentive, professional and nice. I'm honestly considering eating here everyday since it's pretty close to me and not expensive. Do yourself a favor and try this place out. You will not regret it!

I have had the pleasure of eating at Restaurante El Sol and I simply cannot recommend it enough. Both the food and the atmosphere are incredibly warm, creating a perfect family atmosphere where you feel at home. The staff is super attentive and always willing to offer the best service. I especially recommend trying the beef broth and the Tampiqueño dish, both dishes are exquisite and reflect the authenticity of the restaurant's cuisine. Five well-deserved stars!

This restaurant is so good! It is clean, welcoming, and the food is delicious. Highly recommend the chorizo and egg tacos, carne asada, and the beef enchiladas. The staff are very nice too! The food is Salvadordian, Columbian, and a bit of Mexican, making a great selection of well done food!

Best chillequilles in town! I've had chillequilles from many restaurants, a lot are very good. I just had the best. Eggs were cooked perfectly. The homemade tortillas had just the right amount of sauce to blast my taste buds with a subtle tomato, full of spice (not spicy) flavor, but they didn't get soggy. There were perfectly cooked potatoes and delicious refried black beans. I did order a side of fajita. It was tasty, but way too small for the extra cost. So, I imagine anything with fajita is incredible here. The restaurant is tucked away, so don't pass it off the feeder road. Definitely come to enjoy a great meal.
Beef enchilada is very bad. Fried rice is a mush. Avoid.
