I want to start by saying that the food was outstanding and the service truly exceptional. Your team continues to provide a welcoming and high-quality dining experience.
However, I did want to share some feedback regarding portion sizes. While I understand the impact of inflation on the restaurant industry, the portion of meat in one of the soups I ordered was surprisingly small—comparable to a serving for a young child, with only a few small pieces of stew meat. This was noticeably different from past visits.
Great food deserves the right balance in value, and portion sizes can influence a customer’s decision to return. I hope this feedback is helpful as you continue to serve your loyal guests, or you decide to loose more business.

I received my food with a hair in it. It was so gross and it ruined my whole meal and my children’s once they say it. I placed a to go order so I called them to let them know and the lady dismissed me and said I could come back after I told her a lived 30 minutes away. Told her I would rather get a credit for the popusa. Which wasn’t asking for a lot. She told me she would have to speak to manager and call back later in the week because she couldn’t do that.
