It’s not the first time it happens. It’s been several times already that I decide to get some pan dulce last minute and I make it to there at 8:45-8:50 and they have already locked the door. They can clearly see me from the outside because the lady was sweeping and someone else was standing by her and they couldn’t even open the door for a last minute customer. They should update their hours to say they close at 8:50 PM instead of 9 PM.

I recently tried their Tres leches cake and loved it. I am huge fan of tres leches cakes and they are the best in town for that. The price is so affordable for the quality cakes they serve. They have generous quantities for the prices they charge for all food products.

Was there yesterday, terrible, no filling in the pastries, cookies were dry, really didn’t know what we were buying all signs in Spanish, will never go back, this is really not a bakery.

Came in just to try a bakery, had no idea what any of it was. Just knew one looked like one of those conchas you'd get from the grocery store. I just grabbed five random pieces but it was only like $4 so a win is a win. The bread was pretty good and sweet, I just wish it was a little more warm.
I went two weeks ago and there is a girl who is terrible at customer service, what a shame that a customer approaches her to ask something they don't know but want to try and she answers you "I don't know what filling the bread has, I have nothing to do with cooking and I don't make them" and then she continues to argue and tells you reluctantly that "the bread is supposed to be made of cheese" totally rude. That makes you never want to go back, the good thing is that what they sell is sold only because it is tasty. Sorry for the comment, but I had to say it because I would be embarrassed if she did that to the majority of NEW CUSTOMERS and that my family has been buying there for years, I have gone a few times, but other girls serve me super well.

On November 23. I placed an order of bread for a Mexican party and I was embarrassed. The mini shells are very hard, not fresh. The flags are the same, all to save money. Anyone who buys them again must have taken them. But it contributed to the bad economy. By doing a lot they don't want to lose. 🤨
