Food is great but almost is never ready according to the estimated pick up time. Just go add 5 minutes to every estimate in the system instead of it being annoying.

First time to Fajita Pete's, will be the last.
I walked in, ordered. I had to go home for couple mins.
Came back food was still not ready, 30 minutes!!
I asked for Cheese enchiladas, Apparently they dont have cheese enchiladas, they didn't tell that.
They gave me Chicken. They were soggy, not edible.
Tortillas rubbery.
Definitely won't be back.
Waste of $30 for enchiladas, queso and Tortillas.

Its a take out spot. Walk-in, pick up, leave. Woman behind the counter was fast and smiled at me. Asked my name and immediately handed me my order and I left. She said thank you for your order see you soon and enjoy.

The food was package perfectly and the amount of product for 2 people (order mixed fajitas for two) was a nice amount of food for one meal. Do not expect left overs. You won't have any. Its not crazy amount. Just be prepared.

The steak and chicken were excellent as well as the chips and salsa. I found it to be much tastier than Chipotle which I once LOVED but it isnt as good as the 2000-2020 years.

Looking forward to returning soon.

I’ve had multiple bad experiences with this location, and I will never be back. They are terribly slow and always late with orders we’ve placed. The worst experience happened a year ago when they were catering a volleyball banquet for my daughter’s high school volleyball program that I had been in charge of. They were an hour late with delivering the food to the school campus (and people were mad!) and to make matters worse, only half of the food came. It was unbelievable! The manager was apologetic and delivered the other half of the food another 30 minutes late, giving us all kind of excuses, but the damage had been done and our banquet was ruined. They told me I could have a discount to make up for it at a later date, but they didn’t keep a record of that, so there was no proof when I later asked for the discount. Then tonight, we decided to give them a chance and it seemed like a convenient stop on our way home from an event. I called in the order and they told me to pick it up in 20 minutes. We got to the store and then waited an extra 25 minutes after the promised time…. And still no food. My husband was extremely annoyed at that point. They said it would be just 10 more minutes of waiting, but we were fed up. That was the last straw, so we canceled the order and got a refund. It just isn’t worth it to reward a place like this with our business at all. I’d rather just make sandwiches or go to Five Guys for burgers in this situation. Truly the worst service I’ve ever had for Mexican food.

Great customer service today!! I had trouble ordering on the app. I let this store know and they gave me a free queso because I was so frustrated! And they brought my order out to the car! So nice and refreshing to have real customer service!

If you order a pound of beef fajitas, they will only give you the meat and tortillas. They do not include “fixings.” Learned the hard way when I got home.

Ordered for pickup.... Said that it would be ready at 5:51pm. I'm still sitting in the restaurant at 6:17pm and still do not have our food. I've been coming to different Fajita Pete's for years and this is ridiculous and disappointing.

Meat and toxin’s were just fine. All four flour tortillas we were given were stale, dried out and hard as a rock. Basically inedible. Hard to eat fajitas without tortillas.

We always do pickup or delivery due to the small space. The food is really good, and the queso is great!

Downside is that I don't think we've ever had an order correct. Every time there's either something missed or wrong. Tonight, it was chicken and pork, when it should have been beef and pork for my fajitas. I usually call the store and get it fixed, but it's getting old.
