Every bite was delicious! Our table ordered both of the red snapper dishes and the tacos. The plantains were so delicious that we ordered the plantain Foster’s for dessert. Before we even left my dad was talking about going back! Yummm

Wow, definitely recommend! Great authentic Mexican food. Great drinks and service! Fernando took great care of us. Please visit and support this place so they stick around! Will definitely be one of our go-to places going forward.
Update: August 2025 - still awesome. We try to go here at least every other week. The birria plate and the birria enchiladas are amazing. Ferso’s margarita is great too.

This is our local favorite for Mexican food- a hidden gem that has authentic Mexican flavors. You need to know Mexican flavors to see how delicious the food is. Service is impeccable and staff professional.

Delicious authentic Mexican food. Very cute place with great service. I had the pollo con mole and it was so good and I'm pretty picky about mole. This was perfectly balanced and flavorful.

Was looking for high quality chef inspired Mexican food and we stumbled on this place and it was a total bullseye. Our dishes (forget the name, but one was poached chicken wrapped poblanos with poblano sauce)were flavorful, rich and deep without being overpowering - someone took great care for depth and balance. The chicken soup, was spectacular, no joke! Already planning to drive the hour to come back next month!

So, I just found this gem — it’s a Katy Mills transplant that made it to Fulshear/Richmond/Katy in August 2024.
So glad they got out of the mall because this cuisine is several tiers above any food you could ever find at a mall.
Staff is super friendly, helpful and attentive. They are also very knowledgeable about the menu.
Surprisingly, finding authentic Mexican cuisine in the Houston area can be a bit of a chore, but Ferso’s delivers while firing on all cylinders. Their birria tacos are hands down the best I’ve had and their consommé that is served with them is phenomenal. Queso fundido is delicious and the flautas were great as well. Best black beans I’ve had in a while.
If you’re looking for a south of the border fix in this part of town this place is a no-brainer.

My husband and I decided to try Ferso’s on a date night and it was Amazing! We ordered the Enchiladas Rojas, Birria tacos plate and queso fundido. We also got drinks - mojito, pineapple old fashioned, and ranch water. For dessert, we decided on the Platanos Flameados. What a find! The chips and salsa were also very good! Service was on point - friendly and professional. Food and service were top notch. We didn’t stop to take photos, but let me just say, take the time to visit this restaurant. You won’t be disappointed.

We had some friends take us to Ferso's, it was our first time and their second visit. It is a very nice place that you can talk and you're not screaming across the table to be heard because the music is so loud. The wait staff was friendly, smiled, and looked you in the eye. They made sure your drinks were full at all times. The restaurant is hidden behind another large restaurant, they have plenty of parking. The food is not TexMex it is authentic Mexican food. The plantain flambe is a great dessert to top off a great meal.
