Filling orders within a timely manner or even on time would be helpful, and if you're not, at least show that you care vs what the lady showed my husband. We ended up showing up 10 mins early only for them to not have the order printed or started. Then they found the other & we left 15 minutes after our order was to be ready & no apology or anything.

Placed a DoorDash order 30 minutes before getting it. Walked in and it wasn't ready. I watched a guy walk in and order a large sub and got his food before me. I ordered two subs and one was plain, not a complicated order at all. So how does an early order get pushed back while someone who walks in 20+ minutes after mine get their food first? I'll never be back again. When I asked twice calmly they just kept saying it's coming and gave me looks. I was never rude, didn't yell etc. I figured I'll just leave a review to let others to not come to this place. I've never had an experience at a firehouse subs like this before. Truly baffling.

Good clean store and fresh food. The sandwiches were a little smaller than I thought they would be (say compared to subway) but they were good none the less. Cool to see all the firehouse stuff inside and the staff were courteous. The bread was warm and soft like you would expect and the meats fresh along with the toppings. Pricing was just over 22 bucks for two medium sandwiches and a single drink. Thanks for making our lunch!

THIS location with Ashton and Aya and another young woman gave SUPERIOR SERVICE worthy of the Firehouse Subs brand. Excellent food prep. Fast and definitely clean dining room.And while I was waiting - as a testament to everything Firehouse Subs is - in walks 2 WESTLAKE Firemen! (our favorite Houston firemen!!) Thanks for a truly great experience. The subs were off the rail delicious!!!
I wish I could've given this place zero stars.I have tried this place 4 separate times, each after new management and an entire slate of new employees comes in, but last night was all I could take.My daughter was having a field trip, so I came in to pick up a special lunch for her for the following day. Not only did it take 30 min to make 2 sandwiches with no one in line before me, but they made everything dangerously wrong. My daughter has a fatal dairy allergy, I specified multiple times that her food couldn't have any dairy I even asked for it to be cut with a clean knife. I had separate convos about it with all 3 employees on shift. I even heard them talking about it to each other while making the food. Sure enough, when I got home, I found melted cheese on my daughter's food. Now I know people make mistakes. I called the store and things went downhill from there. I was told I couldn't be refunded without driving 20 min back to the restaurant. I was promised if I did, that I would be refunded and my food replaced. By the time I arrived, the manager decided he could only refund me or replace the food. And since I didn't bring the drinks back, he could only refund the sandwiches. After almost poisoning my child, after making promises he didn't keep, and then, once assuring me that his team made no mistakes when i arrived, he couldn't even fully refund the money.I'm all done with this location. I have experienced racism in previous visits, rudeness, and now an almost fatal incident. I hope this location shuts down immediately.

We got our food delivered and it was STILL BOMB!!! I called Rico over the phone and I wanted to know who put they foot in my sandwich ? me and my kids throughly ENJOYED!!

staff is very unsanitary and handle the food very unprofessional . when i come here to order a sandwich it always take 20-25 minutes which is absolutely unnecessary.

Ordered a bowl of chicken and dumplings with a large order and they gave me chili instead, im currently restricted on diet so i got to watch everyone eat. Tried to call restaurant 6 times, no one answers call.
