We went thru the drive thru and placed an order for three sandwiches. We specifically asked for No onions on one of the sandwiches. When we arrived home there were onions on the sandwich and no tomatoes. They also did not include the pickle on the side for any of the sandwiches even after we asked if there would be pickles on the side. We asked because we didn’t order the combos and don’t know if the pickles came with the sandwich. When picking up the sandwich the whole outside of the bread was covered in mayonnaise. It made it very messy. When I called the store the employee said that we didn’t ask for the onions to be removed and that all he could do was take down my name and make me a new sandwich if I wanted to drive all the way back! I was very dissatisfied with the quality of the sandwiches that we received and how expensive they were and the lack of care or concern by the manager.

Food was really tasty. I got the club on a sub with sea salt and vinegar Ms. Vicky’s chips. I ordered a diet Dr Pepper and it tasted like slime in the ice machine or something needs to be cleaned and/or replaced. I threw it out the window after one sip and it left an awful taste in my mouth. The food was really good though.

Let me start by saying, I did call and speak to a manager who was friendly & offered to replace the sandwiches & I declined. I stopped ordering from this location almost a year ago due to poor service and several times of messing up our orders. Tonight I decided to give them 1 more try because it's so close to my house and knew it wouldn't take long to have delivered. I ordered 3 sandwiches and all 3 were wrong! This location needs some serious help. They should spend a day & get training/ take notes at the I-10 & Westgreen location. Definitely will not go to this location again.
