Horrible customer service, they messed up our order, we were missing half of what we ordered soup was just a bunch of potatoes in a cup, sandwiches were a slob of stuff thrown in bread with hair in it. My husband drove to the premises with the half order we got literally minutes after delivery and they said there is nothing they can do!! We are never ordering from them again!

Quality of did served here has definitely went down hill. Smokehouse beef and cheddar used to be really good. It's now almost inedible. Mushy bland. Not sure what kind of meat it is.

The restaurant is always dirty. Plus today I was there and saw the owner there..Very rude to workers and talking about workers in front of customers!Not to mention I saw the delivery van they use to deliver orders and catering. It was GROSS!!! And the owner was in it!!They had filled boxes with a huge order just spread out throughout the dining area taking up most tables. No concern.But the kicker is how disgusting the inside of the delivery van was!! I took a video of it and am sharing it! I will never return there or to any other firehouse subs. I will be calling whoever I can to complain
I had the best customer service I’ve had in a while with a young man, Cameron. He was very quick with service but personable at the same time! Customer service like that will always keep me coming back to firehouse!

I come here all the time, fantastic place with great employees. Whoever the manager was today when I went in around 1pm was terrible.She refused to acknowledge anyone, was incredibly rude to the line employees, and then when I went to the front after waiting almost 40 minutes for my order (not the issue at all, they were very busy), she looked at me then actively scraped another employee off on me without saying a word to me.The man I spoke to was incredibly nice, and I wasn't even upset, but that management style is totally unsustainable. Like just say something, that's your entire job.Shoutout to the rest of the team though, you guys are always solid.
