Every time I order to go I have to check my bag .. they are always missing something. No silverware , no jelly , & My kids meal came with the drink and they lady said “ it doesn’t come with a drink unless you purchase one “ I just went on the website and it literally is included in the meal. I don’t know if I’ll come back .. now I have to go from a 5 mins drive to a 20 mins drive to first watch .. towne lake. Smh

First Watch is one of my favorite breakfast spots because the food is always fresh, the menu has great variety, and the atmosphere feels welcoming. I have had some bad experiences here in the past, but my recent visits have been much better. A big part of that improvement comes from the service, especially from Christine. She is friendly, attentive, and always checks in at the right time without making you feel rushed. She pays attention to the small details, like making sure coffee is refilled quickly and food comes out exactly as ordered. Christine makes the whole experience feel effortless and enjoyable, and her professionalism is one of the best reasons I will keep coming back. Between the great food and service like hers, First Watch is definitely worth recommending.

I've eaten at several First Watch locations. Unfortunately, this one was rather disappointing. The staff was kind, but the order wasn't submitted incorrectly and the food was barely warm.
