Great location
Based on the name, they should be expert in burrito but this was the worst burrito I had. Lack of flavor and sauce. It was so dry...They filled it up with rice mostly and everything else very less and forgot guacamole. Will never order freebirds again.

The service and atmosphere was great, but the food is very lackluster. And it's not just this location. I've tried 3 other Freebirds and the food just lacks the freshness and taste you get at Chipotle and other fast casual Mexican places.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this store. I placed a prepaid order, which was made incorrectly. I followed the store’s instructions, sent photos as proof, and respectfully requested a fix. However, I was still given a smaller order than what I paid for.
When I called to address the issue, the manager accused me of trying to “pull something off” and then hung up on me. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever received, and I will never be returning here again.
Such unprofessional behavior is unacceptable, and I hope others don’t have to go through the same frustrating experience.

I like the food. I like had a good meal. I hope the servers highlight what costs more in the future. I usually only get ask for what is included. It www very expensive.
