Well, I tell you when I learned that this location had been in Katy since 2021, I thought 💭 to myself 🤔 how could this information have escaped me. Well, nonetheless, I don't have to go to Houston for my beloved Frenchy's Chicken. In case you didn't know, Katy has two Frenchy's locations and Cypress has one off of FM 529. Popeyes look out... lol. Gotta love it!

Went to this Frenchy’s chicken place and I was surprised about nobody greets you everybody on their cellphones they are more concerns to be on their phones that the customers store manager Brandi or Brianna can’t understand her name never let her phone go from her hands you see why they don’t care about customers because manager don’t care I ordered and she doesn’t pay attention I have to repeat my order 3 times I’m not from Kathy but I visited this Frenchy’s like 9 months ago and it was completely different heads up !!! no good other customers complaining too and manager never let her cellphone go .

Went to drive thru & ordered 8pc fam meal mixed. Box had tiny legs and wings and 1 breast and 1 thigh! Spoke with Mgr Joshua to let him know that I didn't get the mixed meal!

I placed an order through Uber eats and received the cold, tough, old chicken! I’ll never come to this location nor order from here again! My pepper was buried under looks like two order of fries! It wasn’t even firm anymore! Too lazy to drop fresh food for people paying their hard owned money!

Food was good. Services however was terrible. They had 2 young ladies working the late shift one taking orders and the other I guess working the kitchen. No interaction with the girl in the kitchen but the girl taking orders had a disgusting attitude for no reason. Will not return for this reason.
