The staff is not too friendly here. I think this should definitely be discussed. It could use a good cleaning as well. The touch to serve drink machine is always pretty gross. The sauces are always low when I go.

Burger taste great and you get to put the topping on yourself. Buns are soft. They also have beer and games for the kids good place. Watch tv relax nice place

I missed these in Austin...very clean and friendly staff. Had my 1st Elk burger...it was lean and delicious. Wheelchair accessible. Patio for the puppies..I wish these were back in Austin.

How does this place have 4.5 stars? We arrived at 7:56pm on a Friday night, and the cashier told us he couldn’t take any more orders for 30 minutes … I said, “You can’t take anymore orders for 30 minutes when you close at 9pm?” He said, “Yes.”What is that about?!?!? Not that I wanted to eat here anyway, but my son wanted to come here to eat a burger for his birthday. Very poor customer service. No wonder Fuddruckers are closing all over the place.

The last time we visited, I just wasn't overwhelmed. But, this time, they really seemed to have improved on both service and food quality. It's not over-the-top, but it is worth a visit and worth the price.

This place always offers great burgers. We keep coming back. Great taste, great ingredients. One thing to be better at is making the burger at the right cooking level. I ordered mine medium and it came out well done.

Clean and friendly staff. I go to Fuddruckers about 3 or 4 times a year so I am familiar with their food. I like it when there are new things to try from the menu. Today I tried the Nashville Hot chicken sandwich. It was huge and pretty good.
Tried the new Pretzel Burger. Added mayo and jalapenos and it was good. Could only eat half...ate the other half several hours later and was stuffed!

Food was great service and great food. They take great care in protecting the community from the spread of covid. They clean, they have separators at the registers, refills require a new cup and plastic ware is provided upon request.
