Sad to see Fudruckers closed in Katy next to the mall. It has been a good place to go for a very good hamburger. I hope they are able to reorganize and open back up in the same location. Might be wise to deep clean, paint etc to make it fresh new

The staff is not too friendly here. I think this should definitely be discussed. It could use a good cleaning as well. The touch to serve drink machine is always pretty gross. The sauces are always low when I go.

Burger taste great and you get to put the topping on yourself. Buns are soft. They also have beer and games for the kids good place. Watch tv relax nice place

I missed these in Austin...very clean and friendly staff. Had my 1st Elk burger...it was lean and delicious. Wheelchair accessible. Patio for the puppies..I wish these were back in Austin.

How does this place have 4.5 stars? We arrived at 7:56pm on a Friday night, and the cashier told us he couldn’t take any more orders for 30 minutes … I said, “You can’t take anymore orders for 30 minutes when you close at 9pm?” He said, “Yes.”What is that about?!?!? Not that I wanted to eat here anyway, but my son wanted to come here to eat a burger for his birthday. Very poor customer service. No wonder Fuddruckers are closing all over the place.

We arrived at 7:56pm and the cashier told us he couldn’t take anymore orders for 30 minutes … when they close at 9pm. What is that about?!?!? Not that I wanted to eat here anyway, but my son wanted to come here to eat a burger for his birthday. Very poor customer service. No wonder Fuddruckers are closing all over the place.

We normally LOVE Fuddruckers but we just ate at the one near Katy Mills and it was very disappointing. My husband ordered a 1/3 lb. burger and I ordered a 1/4 lb. We both ordered French fries. The burgers were both the same size and over cooked. Instead of French fries they gave us potato wedges. The counter help acted very 'put out' that we were there! All this after a 20 minute wait for our food!

The last time we visited, I just wasn't overwhelmed. But, this time, they really seemed to have improved on both service and food quality. It's not over-the-top, but it is worth a visit and worth the price.

This place always offers great burgers. We keep coming back. Great taste, great ingredients. One thing to be better at is making the burger at the right cooking level. I ordered mine medium and it came out well done.

Clean and friendly staff. I go to Fuddruckers about 3 or 4 times a year so I am familiar with their food. I like it when there are new things to try from the menu. Today I tried the Nashville Hot chicken sandwich. It was huge and pretty good.

Tried the new Pretzel Burger. Added mayo and jalapenos and it was good. Could only eat half...ate the other half several hours later and was stuffed!

The amount of stupid here is mind blowing... As soon as you walk in there's a sign that says you have to wear a mask. You go up to the cash register to place your order but the person behind the cash register is not wearing a mask, nor is the person clearing the tables. Next you go to the condiment bar where you get chastised for not wearing plastic gloves yet there's no sign that says to wear plastic gloves and the gloves are no place near the condiments... Apparently, there is a prerequisite to be psychic when you walk in the door here. Then, the manager calls out your name but the music is so loud that no one can hear their name and you just have to guess when to go up there and get your food. Again, you have to be psychic. Give me a break! Shut this dump down like the other ones.

Went with my mom and twin 4 year olds to the Katy Mills location for lunch today. We sat near the games, so my kids could play while we ate. I man was sitting alone behind us at a high top table, he kept staring at my children, I mean EYES GLUED! But we continued our meal and tried to ignore him. After a half hour of that, he then proceeded to move closer to us at a table just a few feet away!! Now, this man had no meal, was alone, and since he moved so much closer to us, I noticed he was wearing a Fuddruckers hat and shirt. At this point we've been there about an hour, and his staring has become so creepy and uncomfortable, that we were completely freaked out. We weren't finished eating so we ended up picking up 4 plates of food, drinks, purses, and toys and moving to a table away from him. I confronted the man and asked him why he wouldn't stop staring at my children and told him it was very uncomfortable and asked him to stop. He shrugged his shoulders at me and had the nerve to continue just watching us as we moved all our stuff. That was even for us, my Mom went and told a sweet woman working what was occurring. She told us the GM was there and he would take care of it. We waited a few minutes as she spoke to the GM, he then proceeded to go to the register and start taking orders. At this point my Mom is super pissed the GM did NOT come over and handle the situation! She personally went up to speak to him, he said he'd address the issue with his employee, but walked away and did NOTHING! So to conclude the incident, we ended up boxing up what was left of our food and leaving! US the paying customers left, because an employee of Fuddruckers made us so uncomfortable and the GM could have cared less. Oh, and as we walked out, he still couldn't keep his eyes off my sons!!! I have been a loyal customer of Fuddruckers for many years, and drive to this location because the one near me closed. Well, never again. You have lost myself and my Mother as customers. Pictures are of the creepy man, now hanging his head low, because I stopped, turned around as he was staring, held up my phone and took a picture of him. And one of the GM doing diddly squat about it.
