Walked in and sat down with my lgbtq partner. No greeting or words spoken to us for 2-5 mins. A straight couple walked in a couple mins later & sat down beside us, they immediately got greeted & their drink orders taken. Got up and left, no worker tried to greet us or fix the situation. Will never come here to try to give them my business again. Bathrooms were also gross looking & the entire place has a weird smell.

Fuji Sushi, located at 5215 FM 1463 Rd in Katy, Texas, offers a delightful dining experience with its fresh and flavorful sushi offerings. Cuts in the sashimi were excellent and the salmon ceviche was on point! The Sunset roll is my favorite with a savory citrus twist. Their newest addition is the Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice!! Delicious Fuji Sushi is an excellent choice for sushi.

The food here is great! The atmosphere is really nice too. Tables and sushi bar on the inside. Lots of choices on the menu. I would definitely recommend the Las Vegas Roll and Gyoza which I had. I also got the Filet mignon hibachi and it was delicious. The staff are very kind and attentive. You won't go wrong grabbing sushi from here!

Everytime we go to the orthodontist next door (which is a fair trip for us), we order sushi to go. We always get excited to see the doctor, so we can get the sushi here. It’s sooo good, especially their sweet potato maki. Sweet and crunchy. Yummy!! Great service and delicious food.
