Been coming here for 7+ years. They have had a few ups and downs over the years in terms of quality and consistency. However, the past few visits have been consistently unpleasant. Service is awful, the same drink tastes completely different every time a different person makes it. They refuse to follow the recipe. Modification requests are frowned upon. Even though they charge extra for everything they can and the prices have gone up over the years, the quantity of the drink is getting lower and lower. Now the cup is filled with 1/2 to 3/4 cup of ice every time, leaving room for less than half a cup of actual drink that you're paying $6-8 for. Tapioca is hard and undercooked most of the times.

Lights are way too bright. Possibly intentional in order to make sure people get their stuff and leave. Gives off a "Gaudy" essence that that screams "I'm not rich but I want to appear like I am" vibe. Vietnamese coffee was mid and off. It was too sweet even with an extra shot added. I've had better for cheaper. I guess I should have expected that nothing more from a place with 'Fusion' in the name.

They forgot to make my drinks. After asking them about my order they said I will do it now. Then messed up my order. Had to ask them to redo it. I waited 30+ mins for 2 drinks!!
