Meats were either undercooked or overcooked depending on cut. Did away with the unlimited Brazilian limeade (very disappointing) now you order by glass or carafe. Time to start looking for a new place to celebrate.
Excellent food and service. Really impressed with the Management. You have to be very careful with the salad bar, it is so good you'll be too full to enjoy the churrasco. We celebrated a birthday and were treated with a delicious tres leches cake, nice touch.
We dine at Gauchos once a week. The service and food is always amazing. Marvin the manager is always making sure we are happy with our food and service. We have tried so many other Brazilian places and Gauchos hands down is the best. Thank you to Marvin and the staff.
