One of the girl works at night had i’m such a bad attitude it feel like she doesn’t like working there and she wasn’t even pay any attention whenever we ask her about the flavor she just look at us with mean Face. I would not recommend anyone going there. Because of bad service.

This is the real deal!!! From Bologna, Italy. Cinco ranch is very lucky to have a branch here. Had the dulce de leche and rocher flavors……. OMG, I thought I was in Italy!!

They are one of the best gelato spots there is! Every single flavor is spectacular. I don’t care for chocolate but theirs is off the charts. Coffee is delicious too! Their desserts are great also and excellent customer service. It’s the best place to take your guests from out of town. Highly recommend them.

The scoop size is ridiculously small. It's literally 2 bites and done. The staff is rude and arrogant. Update to reply to the management response: Last time I was there was on 4/25 around 8pm. But unfortunately, this had been going on for a while.

I recently visited Gelato&Co. and had mixed feelings about my experience. The ice cream itself was delicious, with rich flavors that really hit the spot. However, I was quite disappointed with the portion size. For the price I paid, I expected a larger serving—what I received felt more like a sample than a proper scoop.
Additionally, there was a mix-up with my order. I specifically requested rocket flavor, but they mistakenly gave me coconut flavor. While I understand that mistakes happen, it was a letdown, especially since I was really looking forward to the flavor I chose.
Overall, while the ice cream tasted great, the small serving size and the order confusion left me feeling unsatisfied.
I got a double cappuccino coffee and when I got the coffee, it was cold
