I recently visited Gelato&Co. and had mixed feelings about my experience. The ice cream itself was delicious, with rich flavors that really hit the spot. However, I was quite disappointed with the portion size. For the price I paid, I expected a larger serving—what I received felt more like a sample than a proper scoop.
Additionally, there was a mix-up with my order. I specifically requested rocket flavor, but they mistakenly gave me coconut flavor. While I understand that mistakes happen, it was a letdown, especially since I was really looking forward to the flavor I chose.
Overall, while the ice cream tasted great, the small serving size and the order confusion left me feeling unsatisfied.

I love the ice cream and this store is my first place when I want get some delicious ice cream, and William he works in there and his actitud was amazing and he was so helpful with us and our decision I love that ❤️

I rarely make any reviews but this visit definitely hurts. I loved Gelato Co. This visit was very disappointing. Not a friendly environment at all. There was a man behind the counter that looks like he doesn't enjoy his job. Not a team player, did not help the other employeesy. Throughout my whole visit he was occupied by his phone. Do better Gelato Co.
Great spot to get gelato in Katy. Not too many ice cream or gelato spots around so good to have one here in the plaza. The gelato was very creamy and I love how they have a kid scoop. I would come back.

Yesterday I went into Gelato & co in La Centerra and I brought my three kids. Our cashier Ethan helped us and he was so genuinely kind, and patient. He let each of my kids try multiple free samples until they could finally make up their minds. The restroom was clean and they watched out for my family so I could use the ladies room and have a quick moment to myself. I really appreciated the customer service here and overall friendly atmosphere. I will definitely be bringing my family here again.

From the moment I walked in, the staff was super nice. The flavors are delicious! Ismael helped me out and let me try some flavors. He really knew how to sell them! 10/10 will be coming back!
