It takes a long time to get your tea, the matcha tastes like dirt, the taro tastes weirdly artificial, the strawberry doesn’t even really taste like strawberry, the brown sugar tastes like barely anything at all, and the thai tea tastes like tea aroma mixed with dirt. And half the time they fill your drink with an uncalled for amount of boba, so your overpriced drink comes with even less drink. I genuinely could not recommend a single item on the menu because every time I’ve been here they either mess it up or it’s average at best.Wouldn’t really recommend going here for any reason other than convenience because the tea honestly isn’t good, and they’re always running out of ingredients which means that 1/3 of the time, you can’t even get the item you want.

They take forever to make one drink..They need to train the employees to make fast service !

Lots of options here, whether you want to go with something fruity, something tea-heavy, or something milky. The staff are friendly and willing to answer questions about the menu. There's always at least one interesting seasonal drink. The location is well-kept, and there is even a drive-through option (not often the case for boba shops). The wintermelon milk tea, my go-to, is pretty sweet even with no extra sugar. Their fruity drinks are also very flavorful.Parking: Easy parking right in front of the store. The plaza is shared with other shops.

Save your time and go to the Gong Cha in Katy Asia town or in Houston. This is not even close to the same as the other Gong Cha’s in the area. Other Gong Cha’s are good. This one is not good and not worth your money. There is a reduced menu with much less options. The prices are higher than the other Gong Cha’s in the area like $1 more per drink. There are not many seats, but that’s not a huge problem as it’s never busy (which is a bad sign)The staff don’t know much about their menu, can’t count change, lack any customer service and are rude.If you want Gong cha just drive down the road to a good one or literally go to any other desert/ tea shop in katy. This is by far the worst I have been toDietary restrictions: Very few options. Other Gong Cha have many more options

I just found the perfect drink here! Mango Coconut with Mago popping boba is my thing. Their loyalty/points program is really cool. They have drive thru which makes my life better!

The matcha I ordered was subpar but Zaid Alami, our cashier turned my whole world upside down with his service! HIS Superb service is the thing of legends and exemplify the true definition of what it means to be a boba tea cashier. Zaid Alami will be marked in stone as one of the most influential and caring cashiers known to mankind and I will tell of his legacy to my children for years to come. I love Zaid Alami xoxo - Vedant Yesi

Today went in for a yogurt strawberry drink. Thought it'd be real yogurt and real strawberry. No, it turns out it is strawberry syrup mixed mostly with water. Hardly taste any yogurt in the drink, but a cup of sugar water with syrup. Not worth the money. Won't return.

This place is really hit or miss. Sometimes they're great and get your order right and fast and the waffles are good. I like their specialty milk tea series. The fake fruit ones not so much. Other times they will keep you waiting in drive thru for 30mins no joke with no explanation of the delay or ETA while multiple cars pile up in line.

Was here couple weeks ago. Very nice place. Drinks are amazing. Great customer service. Very patience with my little 4 yrs old. They just whipped up ice cream and popping bobas for him because that was what he wanted. He ended loving it. Thank you for making him happy.

Overpriced, lack of flavor and almost no place to sit. Not the best or worst boba, but not worth it.
