Great American Cookies

They actually close at 9:30p, don't be fooled. I get people who want to be off, but cleaning up and having no products to sell for 30 minutes is ridiculous. It's every day. They play way too much as it is, hide in the back when customers are present, curse, and have WAY too personal conversations in front of customers. We are done with this establishment, and we've been going here since it opened. Hire better workers cause these are pop copy folks!

I placed an online order Sunday 8/18 for a cookie cake for my team celebration. The order confirmation stated it would be ready at 3:10pm.
When I came to pick it up at 430pm, my order was never even made. The employees there said that the person who makes these orders was not in. There was no sense of urgency in regards to my issue. I was definitely disappointed and frustrated as this was part of my employees’ team celebration that afternoon.
The employee said it would take 20-30minutes to make my order. I waited an hour and 15min!!

I would’ve appreciated a call back or email stating that my order could not be completed, if the store employees were not able to fulfill this order. Or an online status stating unable to take orders at this time.

I definitely was not compensated for the time spent waiting to resolve my issue.

Every time I go here the cookies are so stale, it never fails. The only thing I recommend getting from here is the ice cream.

I paid $54.00 not counting tip for a cookie cake,(the price was fine ) BUT when I picked the cookie up 2.5 hrs.later the decorations were HORRIBLE!!
THE B in Birthday was crooked (almost laying side ways)they crammed all 4 names together,so bad that it almost looked like 1 name.I purchased the larger cookie to ensure the cookie had room for all the names.There was plenty of room but yet again they put the names straight down the cake.Horrible Decorating!!!
If it wasn't already paid for I would Not have Accepted it.This was for my employees,I am embarrassed to even give them this cookie.

I visited the bakery on August 7, 2024, around 1 PM, inquiring about the possibility of ordering a cake for later in the day. Unfortunately, the staff member I spoke with informed me that they do not accept same-day cake orders, and the response was delivered in an unprofessional manner.
As a result, I opted to place an order online for the B1030-Ballon cake. However, upon receiving my order, I was disappointed to find that the item was not as described; instead of balloons, I received lollipops.
Overall, my experience with this bakery has been unsatisfactory due to both the customer service and the product quality. I would advise potential customers to consider other options when seeking cake services, as my expectations were not met. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

This place supposed to be closed.I read most reviews and all same.The cashier is the unhappiest person i have ever seen in my life.I am so sad for owner of this place.I never tried cookies because of my todays experience i wont .Close your business bro.

I ordered from here through Uber eats & not only did they not give me my full order but it was terrible. I ordered 6 peanut butter cookies and they gave me one stale cookie. I ordered a sundae and a pint of ice cream which tasted like spoiled milk. I am super pissed because not only did I pay more to order from them but I couldn’t enjoy any of my order

I ordered a big birthday cookie yesterday and picked it up today. It was just ok. The directions for the icing colors weren't correct and the biggest problem was that the cookie tasted stale. Like it had already been pre-made way ahead of time and was not fresh. I've been ordering these cookies for many years and this was the worst one I've had. Disappointed for my son on his birthday.

I went in the morning and the lady and the boy who served me were very friendly, I also really liked how they packed my order and the taste of the cookies was very delicious, I was very satisfied with everything... Super
