Had a long wait even after tipping, cheap quality, worker misheard my order and gave me the wrong thing , when confronted he was arrogant and threw away the wings i showed him that were the wrong order.

Thw food was alright. What really grinded my gears is that they charged for feta, $1 extra for each gyro and they put a slight tiny amount on the gyro. It wasnt even feta. I have never seen shredded feta cheese and this was shredded. GYROS COME WITH CRUMBLED FETA! They had sign that said "best original gyros"!

The gyro I had was soooo delicious! I wish I had ordered two!! And the fries were so good not too hard or soft and the strawberry drink just was the cherry on top! I live all the way on the East but will definitely do the drive!

Ordered takeout. The cheese steak tasted fresh, the beef feels pre tenderized and was quite juicy. The buns are not the best but paired well with the steak. The cheese fries were passable, viscous and melded the fries together. Overall a decent value for money for quick lunch

They take forever and my sister got her Asian food and took about 2 mins. I got my food and they took almost 15 or 20 minutes. They need to get off their phones and work to cook our food and make it fast.!!! They take their slow time…. They really need to work not to chill and relax.?

I came here today. The food wasn’t very nice and the cashier charged me twice. He first inserted my card and he said it didn’t work, then he tried over again. Now I was checking on it and I was charged twice. I called them and they just said when you come by again bring your receipt and we’ll give you a free meal. Are you serious, will you tell me how I should use my own money ?? You aren’t giving me a free meal, you charged me twice before. ??????

Every time whenever we get the chance to go to Katy Mills we tend to have great wraps mainly because they also carry Halal meat. Although, throughout the years the service and the way the food is made is getting lousy just like the service. Memorial location is far the best location for great wraps as the staff is also friendly. I am sure a differ owner too. I suggest the owner for GW for Katy Mills should visit his own location before it’s too late.

In the midst of COVID-19 this company is not practicing safe health standards. I ordered a falafel wrap and I witnessed the cashier take money and credit cards from customer them with the same gloves go into the bag and take my falafels and put them in the fryer. I will never visit this location again because they don’t change gloves. They are spreading germs (flu, E-coli) which is on most money and COVID with contaminated gloves. When I informed them what I saw they did nothing. I canceled my order and left.
