We have dined at many Grimaldi’s locations throughout the US and were looking forward to trying a new one. Everything was very quick to come out. Pizza was delicious. Only complaint was the sangria ordered was barely half a glass and not worth the price for such a small portion.

Pizza Dough wasn’t fully cooked. Little Cesar’s pizza is way better, if that tells you much. Just isn’t worth the price. Atmosphere outside was nice, it’s next to a pond with a nice view.

Title: A Night to Forget at Grimaldi's PizzeriaRating: ⭐My family and I decided to dine at Grimaldi's Pizzeria, looking forward to a pleasant evening with delicious food. Unfortunately, our experience was anything but enjoyable, turning out to be the worst dining decision of the year. The first sign that the night was not going to go well was a mistake in recording our phone number by the hospitality staff. We were promised a call in 30 minutes for our table, but that never happened. After waiting for 45 minutes, we were finally seated, but our experience only deteriorated from there. An exasperating 45-minute wait for our food culminated in the arrival of a burnt and overly salty pizza. The situation worsened when my son-in-law's pizza didn't arrive at all. After an hour of waiting, we were told we had to wait even longer for the pepperoni pizza. Frustration peaked when we asked to speak to the manager, resulting in another delay, and when someone showed up, we doubted they were actually the manager. In the end, we ended up taking the pepperoni pizza home, but nothing could make up for the series of disappointments and the unacceptably poor service we experienced. Our visit to Grimaldi's Pizzeria was, regrettably, a night to forget

They did not let in my little dog Chiguagua, who is duly identified as emotional support for my daughter and was even in her portable dog bag.

Pizza is the best but service has a lot to improve. There is waiting time even if there are tables empty. Don’t understand why more people is not hired and improve service.
Pizza is thin and full of flavor. The toppings are fresh and plenty. If you go for an early dinner be warned they do a stoking period for the wood fired pizza ovens. This occurs around 4pm. I would call and see of they are stoking or not.
