This restaurant’s hostess “Andrea” might be the most disrespectful/incapable hostess I have ever come across. In what world is it okay to tell a customer “no one can help you”LOL and continued to lie about managers being in a “meeting” to there are no managers here. I really hope you train this poor disrespectful girl.. or better yet , find a new one. A 20 year old brat just lost this restaurant a great repetitive customer who has been coming here for years. I really hope a manager or owner sees this comment. I will not be returning to this establishment & I will make sure to tell everyone i know in the community to not support either

All of the dishes I order here are delicious. You can't go wrong with the entrees topped in either the cream sauce or the chipotle sauce. They're both so good. The tacos are very good also.The salsas (red and green) are very good. The quesos (yellow and blanco) are very good. The margaritas are excellent.The staff is very professional here. The hosts, bartenders, and servers have in-depth knowledge of the floor and the menu, and they put that knowledge to work for you, making ordering food and drinks effortless. It's not uncommon for the manager to introduce himself and check on your table just because. This makes for a very smooth dining experience overall.We just love this place and visit almost more than we should! ? The new outdoor seating area makes this place a must-try, especially while this spring weather is still so nice.Kid-friendliness: We had no problem eating here with our somewhat rambunctious 1-year-old. There are plenty of high chairs, booths, and outdoor seating available. Also, the kids' menu has several good options and comes with crayons.

Probably the worst Mexican food I’ve had in a very long time and this is coming from a Mexican woman. The beef fajitas were from a weird cut (the meat wasn’t fajita meat) it was very hard to chew, it had absolutely no flavor or no seasoning. A complete waste, since we didn’t eat much of it due it being so disgusting! The beans and rice also flavorless! The queso was from a can and when it was brought out it was extremely hot so it clumped really bad. Only came here because of the great reviews. Highly disappointed, if you want REAL Mexican food this place is not it. 0/10

I’ve been coming here for 5 years and have only had a couple good experiences. The food is good but the service is horrible. Everyone deserves to be treated the same no matter what they look like. We have gotten the same rude blonde camarera and every time she takes our order and never returns. She looks at us and walks right by and another camarero has to help us. We told the manager and he was very bland. The sorries were very nonchalant. I don’t plan on returning to a place who treats me differently because of how I look and lacks customer service .

Just wanted to clear up that I've always tried to be respectful in how I talk, especially since this wasn't just a one-time thing. This issue has popped up a many a times, and my feedback was really about a bunch of run-ins with the same person on your team, not everyone there. This is the third instance of the same person messing up my order in a matter of weeks and does not have the basic courtesy to even apologize.I've actually had some great times with your staff before, which is why these particular moments stuck out to me. I get where you're coming from in wanting to back up your team, and that's cool. But I hope you can see where I'm coming from, too. It's about looking at how things can get better on your end.Honestly, I didn't want to make a big deal out of it, but after so many similar issues, I felt I had to say something. It's like, how many times do we have to go through the same thing? Sometimes y’all even miss the beans /tortillas on take out orders.I'm hoping my two cents can help make things better for everyone down the line.

I've been a regular at this Mexican spot, swinging by almost every Friday. But things took a nosedive with their new receptionist onboard. Trying to get her to remember any special requests is like talking to a brick wall - everything just gets conveniently forgotten. And if you ever try to bring it up, she's quick to deflect, asking to speak with the manager instead of helping out.It's been a letdown, especially for someone who's stuck by them for so long. There's not even a hint of a loyalty program or anything to make you feel valued as a regular. Honestly, it's been frustrating enough that I've decided to take my business elsewhere. It's a shame because I used to look forward to those Friday visits, but the lack of care and recognition just doesn't cut it for me anymore.
