I have ordered from here a few times and never had a issue but today I placed a order via Uber Eats and they forgot my salads. I called the restaurant spoke with the manager and he literally went back and forth with me about how it was not their fault and nothing he could do. He stated on his ticket he did not see any salads. The service was horrible and and I actually disgusted with the way he responded. I will never waste my money with the establishment again the customer service is horrendous!

The food here is excellent! So far my favorite dish is the Hasta La Pasta with jalapeno pasta. It's not super spicy at all, but has a great flavor that sets it apart from any ol pasta dish. The staff is great, very friendly, but mostly young teenagers so it can be a little slow when they get distracted. Not bad service at all. It's one of my favorite locations in Katy and very family friendly.

Hasta La Pasta was chosen to cater our Travis High School dance team’s camp this summer for lunch during one of the days. They were very easy to work with and met the needs of our budget, as well as dietary needs for a few students. We had yummy Chicken Fettucini Alfredo and Lasagna served with side salads and rolls. Payment was easy to make online with itemized invoicing that was easy to understand! Food was ready to be picked up on time and was so delicious, the team LOVED it! They supplied everything we needed to have full tummies and happy dancers, there was even plenty for seconds. Thanks Hasta La Pasta for all you help this week and catering to our Travis Belles!

With a great name and some even greater food, Hasta la Pasta will not disappoint you. This restaurant exhibits quality service, and we were treated with respect and decency. I really enjoyed the food; I ordered the Pasta and Meatballs, which is just spaghetti and meatballs. You can choose between a full and half order, and I got the full order, which consists of three huge meatballs with some tasty pasta noodles and sauce. It was very filling, a wonderful portion, and because of that I had to ask for the unusual take-home box. My father ordered a meatball pizza, as all pizzas are $12 on Thursdays. It was pretty delicious and very cheesy. My mother had the chicken Marsala, which she enjoyed, and my brother ate the kids chicken penne pasta. The food was delicious, the restaurant was clean, and our server was helpful and made sure that we got whatever we needed. Oh, and the Cookies and Cream gelato at the end was sweet and creamy. Overall, this place is a solid spot for dinner, and you should go if you’re in the area.
