Service was horrible understaffed asked 3 separate times for sliced lemons because its container was empty. Cashier had time to refill mayo packets. On 3rd request we were informed by her that they're very busy I was not asking for a lot I wanted 1 slice to kill chemical taste in the water to accompany my meal.

We love this location of Hat Creek. The staff is friendly and the food is very good. Lots of choices from burgers to salads and you can have beef, chicken, turkey or veggie for a protein. There's a playground for kids. They also serve a selection of alcoholic beverages for adults.

As a former food industry worker, the first thing I check is the restroom, and if it is clean there is a 99.9% chance that the kitchen is clean as well. Well, the men restroom was spotless!!! Food was great, and all the staff were super friendly!

Not only do they cook your food to order-🍔🍟🧋🥤-but they have a cute play area for the kids to enjoy themselves!! 🥰👍🏾👶🏿👧🏿👦🏾 and I just adore it!!🤸🏾♂️🚴🏾♂️🛝 I am here for it🥰 The milkshakes/lemonades are wonderful that Turkey Burger was freaking amazing🍔 it was good and seasoned with extra lettuce and mushrooms try it👍🏾👍🏾 the kids will thank you TV's for us!!!!

Awful restaurant. Can't get a simple order correct. They ignored the no tomatoes on one of my salads. They gave me the wrong salad. Then they gave no dressing for either salad. I ordered through their app and it was a simple order.

Food is okay, I asked three separate times to different employees to see if the manager can change the channel from random college football no one is watching to the Astros. I was ignored every time, if you expect people to sit here for a long time while their kids play at least try to provide some local entertainment.

Called about my order being incorrect and spoke to a very dismissive manager. He said he couldn’t help me because I don’t have my receipt. I told him I have my credit card charge, the time & last 4 digits of my card. He said he couldn’t help me. First and last time eating here.
