After watching evening movie at AMC, I stumbled upon this food truck. He helped me chose momos and since it was my first time, they were very polite. Steamed momos were excellent. Veg noodles was delicious. Can't wait to bring my family and let them try.

This place is a hidden gem in katy. So glad we found it! If you want traditional momos this is the place to come! The owners are incredibly kind. The chili veg momos and Nepali chai were top notch, we will be back to try more stuff on the menu! I normally don’t leave reviews but Himalayan food truck was just too good.

We tried this after so many people in our community raving about the place and it is totally worth the hype. When you have those spice cravings this is the place to go, we tried their chicken chilli monos, chicken chow mein noodles and paneer pakora, monos and the dips were exceptional. The ambience is not much you could eat on the tables they have in open seating or in your car.
