So we went here on valentines it was really busy had a wait time of 30 minutes. But the food made up for it the meat was tender and the flavors really kicked loved it. My daughter loved it so much we ended up going back a week later for her b day. It was clean and once we sat down they were very attentive to our needs.

The experience was highly unprofessional due to the conduct of the manager on duty. When my wife requested a refund or replacement for a side dish that was not to her satisfaction, the manager initially refused, citing the amount of time the dish had been on the table ( untouched by the way). We were astonished by this reasoning, as well as his subsequent question asking why she had ordered the item in the first place.
While he eventually honored the request, his attitude remained dismissive and rude throughout the encounter. This lack of basic customer service ( from a manager) was very appalling

I was very disappointed with the customer service during my first visit to this restaurant. The service was minimal; staff approached our table only once or twice, primarily to stir the food, and did not check in to ask about our experience, whether we needed anything, or offer recommendations. When my noodles arrived, they did not meet my expectations based on their appearance. Before touching the dish, I politely raised my concern with the manager, as I felt it would be inappropriate to begin eating if I intended to request an exchange. However, I was informed that nothing could be done because the item had already been ordered, despite it not being touched I attempted to explain my reasoning, but the manager maintained his position and questioned why I had ordered the dish in the first place. I found this response dismissive and unprofessional. Additionally, the interaction felt discourteous toward my date when he offered suggestions. Overall, I felt that there was a lack of attentiveness and care for the customer experience, which left me quite disappointed.

I loved the way that the staff in the location carried themselves. They did such an amazing job at hospitality, and they even made sure we knew how to understand the menu and what to get. I went for my birthday and they even brought me a mini dessert and I celebrated it happily, they made my experience fun!

This is one of my place to eat, but not today.. I noticed that manager told me that it was cleaned but too hard. But it is not true..
• You can clearly see ⚫ heavy grease/oil residue in the center ⚫ baked-on carbon (black, sticky layer) on the rings 🟤 rust spots around the outer edge
Those shiny black areas are oil + burnt residue, not a clean seasoned surface.
Came here with a party of 10. The foodis amazing and service was great. The amount of food for the beef special was more than enough for a family of 3. The food is cooked by the staff in front of you on your table. We left completely satisfied. Will definitely come again.

We tried to get combo A and B but they said no. The worst part was when we chose combo B they told us that for alot of food items we were limited. Mind you Como B is more expensive. So we just left as it should be all you can eat.

Honey Pig never disappoints. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was lively and inviting, perfect for a great Korean BBQ experience. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was cooked perfectly and that we had everything we needed throughout the meal.
The food was absolutely amazing — high-quality meats, incredible flavor, and generous portions. Everything was fresh, well-seasoned, and grilled to perfection. The banchan were delicious and constantly refilled, and every bite felt worth it.
