Always a pleasant experience with amazing ice cream!!

this place sucked to be honest. one of the workers that were "special" yelled at the top of their lungs for no reason and the food doesn't even taste good, over all this place sucks

From entrance to exit the service was great! We were greeted with a smile and the staffbknew so much about the flavors! I particularly enjoyed the funnel cake ice cream. It has a distinctive texture!

Stumbled in this place after dinner and wow we are so glad we did! What a gem. Very clean environment and super helpful kind staff.

I bought 4 double scoop ice cream‘s today to go. They did not have a lid and any plastic of paper bag to carry those. I asked one of the girl’s what to do in this case and she just shrugged and was basically clueless and didn’t care. The manager was furious and she was boasting another being a teenager and a manager and asked us to leave the store. She basically insulted me in front of my mom who was with me. My ears were burning and I asked her name but didn’t get a response. I am done with this place with an extremely rude and incompetent teenager manager who never even thought some customer night ask for a lid for their icecream cup!

Had a craving for ice cream and I am not from the area. I googled and this place had the most stars so me and my husband tried it. Customer service was a 5. The ladies were patient and let us taste the different options and answered all questions thoroughly. The ice cream was amazing. So good. If your looking for good ice cream with great customer service this is your spot!

Howdy Home-Made Ice Cream....
I had huge high hopes for Howdy, however, very disappointed. One of our group had nut allergies and thus were advised that their Ice Cream is made with a coconut base so (I’m told) that nut allergies cannot eat it.
I had Salted Caramel and Butter Pecan. They both tasted alike.
Really nice people but we were quite disappointed. IMHO, the flavors I ordered, Did NOT taste home-made.
And we will not return.

Dietary restrictions: We were advised their ice cream had a Coconut base, so nut allergies beware.

I really don't enjoy writing negative reviews but this can't be ignored. My son (2 yrs old) and I went last week for the first time as soon as they opened. We were the only customers and received great service. Next to the check out register they have a bookshelf full of puzzles, toys, books and games. My son wanted to play with a Tiger Puzzle and I grabbed it and took it to our table. A few minutes later, my husband joined us and also purchased an ice cream for himself. We stayed for about 30 mins eating and playing with the checkers and puzzle. Once we were done I placed the Tiger Puzzle back on the bookshelf and waved goodbye to the staff and walked out. A few minutes later, my husband and I were walking back to our separate cars and he was being chased down by one of the employees questioning him IF HE TOOK THE PUZZLE! MY husband was holding my son and was confused and taken back by the accusation. THEN the manager steps out of the establishment and gives the worker a "thumbs up" as a confirmation she found the puzzle on the bookshelf. The employee RAN out and chased down my husband for a $3 puzzle? Are you serious. Putting his safety at risk. Accusing my husband and why not me? That's my question. Was it because my husband is 6 foot and dark skin?

We will not be returning and will share our first visit experience with our friends and loved ones.
