I've been a customer for several years & always choose the delivery option. The quality & quantity of the food is consistently above average in my opinion. I would like to give a 5- star rating however; I understand the kitchen may be busy, or the expediter may be busy as well but this is not the first time that an item was not delivered as ordered & for which I paid. My advice to customers selecting delivery is to double check your order before the driver leaves or you may get surprised (not in a happy way)... This review is respectfully submitted to management to consider improvements with the overall delivery & order fulfillment process. Happy Chinese New Year! Thank you.

The online ordering system is smooth and easy to use, including options for degree of spiciness on many choices. Impressive.We opted to pickup our food.For me personally, I found my Kung Pao Chicken to be good. Another person had the steamed shrimp and scallops with vegetables and he enjoyed it. The other two people in our party were not as pleased with their choices of pad Thai and beef with pea pod.It is very difficult for me to rate Chinese food places because they each cook to their own style and my preference may not be yours. (for example, my mom's chocolate pie is better than anyone's but you may think your grandma's is better) I will say the food was hot and well packaged and the employees were pleasant.

Horrible. Decided to order Togo and I regret it.The quality of the food is just bad. The rice smelled, and looked like it’s days old. Small portions for the price. I felt as if they didn’t care about their food. My kids refused to finish their plate, and they are not picky eaters.Never taking out from here again.Crab puffs, very small, over fried and nasty.Orange chicken, nastyFried rice, nasty and dryWalnut shrimp, I should’ve just went to Panda ExpressHot & spicy shrimp, there was diced onions inside, and only 5 pieces of mini fried shrimps, what? Waste of $45
I don't know what happened. This used to be out go to Asian food. This time soup was watered down, sweet n sour watery not thick and the general Tsos chicken was giant chunks of white meat chicken that was dry and again sauce was watered down. The only thing that tasted right was the egg roll..... very disappointing

This has been my go to for a good 20 years now. Im actually about to go pick some up now. (Special lo mein and Happy family for the win) amazing every last time. The egg rolls are delicious. The noodles are beautiful and packed in the box. The happy family has been my go to for forever. 5?

The employees deliver on fantastic customer service. I only took off one star as there was a language barrier, over the phone, when I had to inquire about a change on my order. It wasn’t a big deal as it was a change of my phone number.I ordered the family deal for 2. They provide plenty of food. Most places I’ve visited give more sides than entrees yet this wasn’t the case here. We had enough main entrees and rice to eat a second meal the next day. Our meal came with 2 entrees, fried or white rice, 2 egg rolls or crab puffs and 2 soups. Excellent amount of food for the price!I recommend this establishment in Tiger Square!

We ordered some food for delivery on Christmas. It arrived hot within 45 minutes. The portions were large. The Pad Thai looked nothing like the usual Thai noodle dish. The lo-mein was flavorful but had a very gummy texture. It wasn't terrible food but my husband and I both started feeling sick around 5am. It lasted for most of the day. Not sure if something was bad or there was some cross contamination. We probably will pass on ordering from here again.
