Terrible Service. Never have drivers. Pizza via Door Dash...Live 5 min away Pizza never gets here warm and tonight pizza delivered to anther house in the neighborhood just left at the door. Howies response.. I have no control over this.

I haven't ordered from this location before but for a late night food. I ordered build your own pizza and I specified extra pineapple on one side. There was no pineapple on any part of the pizza and I have to say I'm highly disappointed.

I order here all the time but after today this will be the last time. Tonight we ordered 2 pizzas and cheesy bread. I bit into a piece of cheesy bread and felt something tough, I spit out the bread to find a used bandaid that must've come off someone's hand and was baked into the food. When I called the store and spoke with the assistant manager I was only offered a cheesy bread replacement or credit for the item. A measly apology with no serious concern of the situation. Are you kidding me?! My whole order should have been comped! Not only did I vomit after this my whole family didn't want to eat any of the food! Oh and to top it off I was told to follow up in store if I didn't receive the refund. Attaching a picture. Proceed with caution, again it was right after I spit it out.

Asked for well done, because last time they gave me a raw, doughy pizza. So they gave me this burnt pizza with tumors all over it. Couldn't even eat it, hence the one missing slice. Now that I think about it, the couple times I've ordered from here they've never given me an edible pizza.

So I was shopping for an inexpensive pizza for one person. I ordered Hungry Howie's for the first time. I walked in the door the general manager (dark brown hair unruly hairy beard) could not hear my name because the young men in the back were talking having a good time working. The General Manager screamed at them so loud it hurt my ears. So I asked him who he was...he told me the general manager. I said well you didn't have to yell at your workers so loud. He gave an excuse. I said it hurt my ears how loud you yelled at them... another excuse. I thanked the young men for their hard work. The pizza smelled and looked good too. I went my car opened the box picked up a slice of pizza my hands were so greasy. I went inside for napkins. I came home tried to eat another slice of pizza and didn't finish it. Too much grease. And now it's just trash. I should of just walked out when the general manager was screaming at his workers but I was too hungry. Now I'm still hungry with a slight tummy ache because of all the grease. Never again will I order pizza from this establishment.

We ordered pizza for 16 for a church function. Aiden, who I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and patient. We went over the order several times and he was patient and accommodating with all the changes I made. We used the Mix It Up deal (2 medium pizzas for $6.99 each—excellent value! We liked the garlic bread and Italian herb crusts the best. The best toppings were chicken and mushroom—divine! We would order pizza from here in a heartbelt anytime we get the urge! The works and meatlovers were both great!
I ordered online 1 flat bread and one salad. My flatbread was burnt. No one could have eaten it. My salad was half full. Customer service a quality has definitely gone way down.

Just moved to the area and this place is legit! Our family wouldn’t dare go anywhere else for pizza now. We love the Italian herb crust! One time our delivery guy came back with more cheese packets for our pizza. Great pizza great service. Go here!!!

They hosted a pizza party at my apartment, I did not want to cook or do dishes and was absolutely not expecting the pizza to be this delicious. $8 for the cheese pizza, the sauce was delicious the gentleman serving is was very kind. Honestly I would never have gone but now it will be one of my go to places. The butter garlic crust omg. I want try everything else now ?

Took a little longer than expected, but looked like they had a pretty big order and we’re working hard. If there is any pizza chain I’m willing to wait for, it’s Howies. The store itself is extremely clean which is a bonus any time you’re getting food. The person running the front was very friendly and kept us updated on the cook times. Left with delicious super hot pizza that WAS MADE RIGHT.

Picked up a large cheese well done. When i got home I opened the box, and the entire pizza was almost burnt. I was too tired to go back. I'm giving two stars because it was actually still edible. I think had they not singed it, I would've loved it
