The order was given to me at least 20 minutes late because they forgot to cook my chicken wings.... I ordered a cookie since I had to wait... they could have at least given it to me for the inconvenience.I took a bite into the chicken wings and they were bloody!

I was looking forward to my Greek salad, when it arrived it was missing the red onions, the feta cheese and I got 2 slices of tomatoes and I could barely see anything other than lettuce in it.I called to tell them what they could do to fix it and this guy who I’m sure wasn’t the manager said there’s nothing we can do, and that the guy making salads is new and he left it at that. So you have new people who don’t know how to make the orders and we have to pay the consequences. Spending almost $30 for a bowl of lettuce is pretty disappointing. Customer services is very unprofessional and I felt like he didn’t even care to listen to my complain.

Ordered two pizzas, one somehow was ordered with no cheese which in turn caused the second pizza to have no cheese on it. Howie bread was ordered with 2x butter, garlic sauce, Parmesan, came drier than cardboard.

You get what you paid for. After a long day at work the last thing you want to do is wait 45 minutes for a pizza. Been here before, I live close. The only time the service is good is when the owner is around. Next time I will drive a little for in order to get a decent service

Pizza was alright. Nothing incredible. Both the breadsticks and pizza were saturated with garlic powder. Don't get me wrong, I love garlic powder, in fact, everything garlic, but too much is overpowering. My husband ordered a deep dish, but when we got there, we had a regular large pizza. When he told the woman that this was wrong, she stated that he was told over the phone that they were not making deep dish pizzas that day, which was false. Regardless, my rating is based on taste. It satisfied having a pizza, but would not be my first choice to order from.
First time ever eating Hungry Howie's.Ordered a pepperoni pizza, Howie bread (bread sticks), and a chicken bacon ranch baked sub.Best thing I've had from a pizza place in years. Toppings were consistent and the perfect amount. The ingredients all tasted high quality and the delivery was lightning fast.This should be the new standard for Pizza.

I was looking forward to eating my salad but unfortunately I didn't realize the dressing was expired until after I poured it. The packaging was very sticky & the dressing had a yellow hue to it. I called the store immediately to request a refund or a new salad to be delivered. They didn't have a driver tonight. So I requested the refund. The employee didn't believe me because he said they opened a new box & it is not expired. I told him the package is sticky & the expiration is July 19 ,2021. So posting the review to show that mistakes can be made and everyone is not scamming for money. I would rather eat my salad than recieve a refund. Please check the packaging not just the manufacturer box mistakes can be made. I've just realized the croutons was expired too. Check the inventory.

When I was in the Navy, we used to order from here in Gulfport Mississippi. When I came back home to Houston, I would rave about how good the pizza was here. I was so surprised when I drove by it today, and it’s only 7 minutes away from my house!!! I recommend the garlic herb crust with bacon and sausage! So grateful to have this pizza back in my life after 14 years!!!
