If I could give this 0 stars I would. Someone really needs to call the health department on this place. There were no cars in the parking lot. I walked in a the windows were nasty. It smelled like sewage. There was absolutely no one inside. This place needs to be shutdown.

The cooks don't care about the presentation of the food. They don't care about the customer. I order a strawberry cheesecake pancake Togo. The pancake was not made right at first. Looked like a kid made it.. I had to return it to get it fixed. Then when I got home, I see I only have three strawberries and a ton of juice. Ridiculous. How you mess up an order when there is no clientele in the building? The server was great. Nicholas.

I don’t often leave reviews, but our experience was that bad to take the time to leave one…. our son, who had a soccer tournament all weekend (and was very hungry), decided that he really wanted IHOP, so that’s where we went. We were happy to be seated (by a not so friendly, unhappy looking employee) right away. The restaurant was not very busy. Our server was kind and was trying, but after ordering our (very basic)meals, it took at least 45 minutes for the food to arrive (it was just okay; my poor son didn’t have any mozzarella in his mozzarella sticks). All of the customers seated around us were also very frustrated with the very long wait times. We saw employees standing around, and we also noticed employees kept going into the bathroom and spending quite a bit of time in there. Of course it’s okay for an employee to go to the bathroom, it just seemed strange to see so many going in and out so many times while we were unfortunately sat right by the bathroom. I didn’t see what was going on in the kitchen, but based on the wait times, it wasn’t a whole lot…. I saw the hostess turn away a large party that came, which I thought was actually good— I almost went over there and warned them myself. Needless to say, we will not be going back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. There are many other great (or at least so much better) options!

The server was absolutely horrible. She did not come and check on us, Room temperature food, sticky table and floors it took them 1 hour to bring our food out while the restaurant was empty.After our food came out we asked for ketchup, and she threw ketchup packets at us while we were surrounded by ketchup bottles.
I ordered the Colorado omelet, and I was served a complete different order. The kitchen staff were laughing and on their phones and not even paying attention. The server as well didn't give us any attention. Not to mention everyone was there was judging my family and I. Lucky i don't call corporate.
Horrible experience.
Will never go again.
I absolutely hate this place.

The IHOP restaurant was extremely disappointing. The place was dirty (see attached image) and had a strong unpleasant smell. Service was very slow, even though we arrived around 2:00 PM and there were only two other tables occupied. We waited nearly 15 minutes before a server even came to our table.

Meanwhile, several employees were standing around the kitchen entrance chatting and laughing instead of attending to customers. This gave the impression that customer service and cleanliness were not taken seriously at this location.

I strongly suggest the owner address these issues to improve both cleanliness and service quality. Until significant improvements are made, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

I honestly hate leaving bad reviews, but this was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant.
The hostess was very unpleasant and seemed bothered by my family and I being there—I should have taken this as a sign to leave but we still gave it a go.
After about a 10 min wait—despite not being busy—we got seated a sticky table with sticky floors. We ordered our meals and it took forever to come out—our waitress even came to us about 30 mins of waiting saying how they were finally putting the order in. After another 20 mins, the food comes out.
My steak tips and eggs were at room temperature at best and the hash browns were plastic like—it was terrible.
The food that was brought out for the rest of the table was incorrect—one of the plates was room temp and appeared to have been sitting for a while and the other, while seemingly freshly cooked, was not what we ordered. The pancakes were also disappointing.
Not looking for anyone to get fired or written up, but would like for the staff to be trained up in order to provide good service to customers.

TLDR: Service and food was terrible—absolutely the worst experience at a restaurant I’ve ever experienced.

This is the most unwelcoming experience we have ever had at an IHOP and we are just baffled. Don’t come to this location! When we walked in, we weren’t even greeted and were met with looks of annoyance. We had to wait 5 minutes to be seated in a mostly empty restaurant, that should have all been our first clue to leave. The table we were sat at had syrup all on the ground and the edges of the table. Our waitress wasn’t very welcoming and even when we tried talking to get her attention we would be ignored. After waiting 20-30 minutes for our food, the food came out individually and cold! We asked for ketchup and our waitress brings us ketchup packets when we were surrounded by ketchup bottles. At this point we were just over this whole situation. I can just go on and on about this experience. We have never walked out from a restaurant in our lives without eating the food. Worst experience ever!!!

DO NOT COME HERE. The ONLY redeeming quality is the server named Vivian, thank you for the excellent service! This review has nothing to do with you.

We had a party of 7 (not that big) and there were 2 other parties waiting as well. The girl that was taking us to our table said “why are there so many families” loud enough for everyone to hear. (On a Sunday.) When our food finally arrived, the other girl let the butter from our pancakes slip onto her hand and she slathered it back onto our pancakes with her palm as she said “it’s ok, my hands are clean.” Disgusting. Every young server was sitting down while only Vivian worked all the tables that were not even in her section! She tried to get all the young servers to clean several dirty tables, but they didn’t listen to her. We watched them snatch the tops off of the tables and leave the tables dirty! I left absolutely infuriated for her. This restaurant needs a complete turnover of personnel.

Host was extremely disrespectful to me telling me she was gonna be disrespectful to me no matter what would not get the manager for me and wasn’t going to fix my food that I paid over $50 for. I could hear them in the back laughing about how they would spit in my food if they was forced to replace the order saying that I deserved it! Absolutely disgusting 🤮
