This place service sucks. The food was done all wrong. I came here before and had poor service. I said let me go again and again poor service. They need new management. You need to train your waiter much better. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN.

We got their and not even 2 minutes later, we saw attitude from one of the waitresses. We waited a bit at the front till we got to our table, but it was dirty, so she wiped it down in front of us, she hardy cleaned it. We sat down at the dirty, sticky table with dry food on it. The menu said free flavored lemonade refills but we asked the waitress and she said that it's wrong. We then ordered our food but waited an entire 50 minutes until we got our orders. The pancakes were great, but the plates and cups looked dirty. The salt shaker had clumpy salt, and it also looked like it was dirty. At some point, the people in the table in front of me had to get the manager because of something with the chek and the same waitress that had an attitude from earlier. After I was done, I went to go use the restroom. The toilets were DISGUSTING. There was stains in the bowl and looked as if it had never been cleaned. When I went to go wash my hands, the sink was also disgusting. There was hair all over the rim of the sink. 1/5 I'm never coming here again.☹️ Saturday, April 5, 2025

The wait time for the table took forever and yet we sat near the bathroom, they took forever to take our order and get our food and later on our food came out cold. Restaurant was dirty. AVOID IF YOU CAN. IHOP you lost a customer. But yall are really quick to take our money.

I travel a lot so I have been to many IHOPs and this is by far the worst one it took a few minutes for the hostess to even notice use and then after she did it took just about 10 minutes to get a server and nothing is even on time it took 15 minutes to get out coffees and 10 minutes for mine and 30 minutes for my dad and everything on my dads except his eggs very poor management like to the point where a employee was complaining and where I was seated I could see the kitchen and there were more unfinished online orders every time I looked over there 9 whenever I left they can’t be this mentally and physically slow where you take 40 minutes on a dam egg and I feel as they all share one consecutive brain cell black bear breakfast across the street is better and your local dennys most likely would be better too

10 minutes and still no drink order is wild. Especially when they had hardly any tables. Shouldn’t have been surprised considering the host openly stated she wasn’t sure which servers had what section, and my husband had to grab a high chair after she confirmed we’d need one. It’s been years since I’d been to this location for lack of at least bare minimum service, and I’m just surprised this location is still open with no change to the quality of service all this time. Another time I might’ve waited it out, but my almost 2 year old wouldn’t have been able to wait it out.

“DEAD FLIES” I went to this location today since I really like ihop but it was the worst experience, after I ate half of the salad plate I found dead flies in my plate looks like they haven’t washed the lettuce at all and when I told the server about it I told her to show it to the kitchen so they don’t serve more to customers she said I ll talk to my manager. 10 full min I was waiting for anyone to come talk to me and then same server she was taking orders right behind me without telling me what she did or even apologize, I told her in front of customers have you talked to ur manager she gave me a sharp look and said “you are free to go” and I asked if they told the kitchen she looked away and didn’t even reply back to me. I felt so disrespected and no apology for me feeling am going to throw up it’s so disgusting even if u find a hair imagine if it’s lots of dead flies.

I went into IHOP this morning. I already heard bad things about this IHOP but I wanted to see for myself our drinks when we sat down. We didn’t get our drinks for 20 minutes then our food it took another hour. We just got up and left. there was another couple in there just standing up waiting to get served so they end up leaving as well no Supervisor no manager in there at all. I do not recommend this IHOP.. Whatever you do do not go into this one horrible thumbs down

If I could leave a 0 star I would , no professionalism . Took over an hour for our to go order , many tables left after waiting over 30 minutes to even be greeted by a server . Would not reccomend this location
I ordered a cinnamon bun crepe full and received just crepes...YES, empty a$$ crepes! There was NO FILLING! ZILCH! Now I know why this location is the worst! How is it in business??!! I want my $$ back plus online and delivery fees!
