Service was top tier, Justin helped us he was great! Our food came out hot and tasted delicious. Everything was made to our liking. Not a loud atmosphere. Felt just like home away from home.
Food came to the table cold then asked to heat the plate up and the eggs came back hard we got a discount for our food but the food should have never been cold and the music was loud coming from the kitchen. Wasn't a good visit we made the best of it!
Food was exactly what I expected. Everything was good. When the check came I noticed our server hit the 25% recommendation tip. As a person in the service industry, I know what it's like and use kiosks as well. I actually don't because I like to interact with my tables. I went ahead and let it stay. Just be honest with your guests when using a kiosk.
