Amazing food whenever it's busy it's probably a perfect atmosphere and if you have any friends that don't like any of that they have chicken nuggets and fries perfect to bring a family

We drive 45 minutes from sugar land to eat here. Their sizzling beef bo ne is amazing, along with their pho. The sizzling beef is perfectly tender and sweet, and the pho is great on a cold day.

I came here for the 1st time to try the combination pho, which is called the Imperial Pho. The 1st thing I look for is a good balance of beefy flavor along with all the spices that go into a pho. I have to say that it was delicious. There was a generous quantity of meat. For less than $20 it’s one of the better pho I’ve tasted. I would come back here again.

Imperial Pho – Disappointing Experience
Ordered chicken lo mein, a basic dish and somehow it was overcooked, insanely salty, and barely had any chicken. Just bad. Honestly, it’s hard to understand how such a basic dish can go so wrong.
Second dish was Japanese-style spicy chicken hot. It was okay, but again too salty and short on protein (chicken). The red chilies added were plastic-like and not chewable, which was weird. We chose fried rice for extra $2 but it came undercooked.
I did mention the issues to the server before leaving. Still, we really should have spoken up. Unfortunately, the salty and unpleasant aftertaste is still lingering. Overall, not an experience I’d repeat.

I’ve been coming here since this place opened. The food’s good, customer service also, but today I was beyond disappointed.
It shouldn’t take more than 40 minutes for a single order of spring rolls while people are getting full pho orders in front of me dining in.
I get it. A kitchen will be short staffed at times and orders will pile up, but when I asked for an update on the order and the response was that they didn’t know the status, that makes me believe that there’s no communication.
At that point, I just wanted a refund for just the spring rolls, as I’ve paid for my Thai tea with my points and consumed it (good btw), but then there’s more confusion and a need to call the owner to see what to do for my reimbursement.
I didn’t even want the money back and stormed out at that point. To clarify, I have no restaurant experience whatsoever, but I know customer service by heart. That was a very terrible experience I had, and I don’t think I’ll ever go back as a result.

We arrived almost 2 hours before closing and were told that there was no seating available because “too many people had walked in.” This made absolutely no sense considering there were multiple empty tables clearly visible throughout the restaurant. When we asked for clarification, the only response we received was the same line repeated over and over: “No walk-ins available.” No explanation, no attempt to accommodate, and no effort to communicate respectfully.
Several other customers were also turned away and visibly upset, so this wasn’t an isolated issue. If there are staffing limitations, reservation-only policies, or early cutoffs, these should be clearly communicated ahead of time — not discovered after making the trip out and seeing an almost-empty dining area. This was extremely disappointing as we have to make quite a drive to get to the restaurant.
This experience felt dismissive and poorly managed, which is disappointing given how much we’ve enjoyed this place in the past. Great food alone doesn’t make up for poor customer service. We hope management addresses this issue so loyal customers aren’t treated this way in the future.
Drove all the way to find out they were closed . This is insane

This is absolutely one of my favorite chinese places to have a fun time out.
The food tastes authentic (although- full discretion- I have not been to China), the gentleman who has served us multiple times is sweet and seems honest. The restaurant looks nice and clean and they serve halal meat. Literally could not ask for more.
They have great specials during lunch. Although I have to admit, I go a little crazy when I come in here. It's a little farther out from where I stay, so I try to try as many things as possible and who doesn't love leftovers??
The steamed and pan fried dumplings are great, as are the egg rolls and surprisingly, the steak and potatoes are a must try!
Its is halal .

Mongolian beef i ordered had a bitter taste, probably overdone/burnt meat. Rest of my family's food was good. Norm is to give steamed rice in a big bowl when multiple orders, however, it was only served in small individual bowls. Didn't initially give enough napkins, not even 1 per person, nor was a napkin dispenser present on the table.
