The burgers are awesome!! Add grilled onions *AND* raw onions to the double-double, and then ask for a packet of spread sauce :) The crunch when you bite into it is sublime

They have NAILED a system to provide quick and consistently great tasting burgers. I come here probably 2 times a week and I’m happy to know that I can always expect a good tasting burger at any time of the day.
Great atmosphere as well. Highly recommend anybody to try out. Do not feel discouraged by the lines. They do move quite fast.

I usually like Innout, unfortunately I didn't care for this one. The kids that work there are friendly however, this is the second time going to this particular Innout and the second time the buns were burnt. We asked for a cheese burger to be cut in half (for a 5yr old) I think they cut it with a dirty knife. The burger had oily, brown, crusted residue right down the middle of the burger where it was cut. We didn't get straws with the shakes and no forks for the animal fries. We went through the drive through.
