We went here yesterday for late lunch for the very first time. My husband and I were both disappointed. It's been many years since I've tried it in CA. I remembered it's big. It's exactly the opposite now. We like the burgers ok, but the fries is the biggest disappointment. It's like an expired frozen food that's fried. It didn't taste like French fries. The inside is so dry. The young man at the register could be more courteous as well. I guess we're so used to the wonderful staff of Chick-fil-a. Needless to say, we are not coming back. We just went there out of curiosity.

Atmosphere is ok , menu is simple the fun part is the secret menu .. Unfortunately our family have tried this place twice thinking our first time was just bad luck but the second time we went we all got sick for a week. This place is just not for us.

I mean the burgers are fresh, fries are good (though salty) and the line while it seems long goes fast, but it’s just that. It’s good but not much better than a lot of other burger places.

The burger was great, as always—In-N-Out never disappoints when it comes to their food. However, my experience was dampened by the cashier, Jasmine. She had a weird attitude and made faces that clearly showed she didn’t like what I said. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional. I come here for the food, which is consistently good, but a little more friendliness at the counter would go a long way.
