Horrible service a week and a half ago. I went inside looking for a menu and a one-person staff member preparing the food in the tray for one customer, and I stood for a while, and she never asked if I needed help. One person came from the grill area and started staking my order and I did mention to her why other staff saw me standing and never asked me, and she didn't even reply and just started taking my order. She has also had poor interaction with customers. If she was one of the Shift leaders, it would be bad for the company. When I got home after 5 minutes, my husband asked why the sourdough burger was cold and the bread was cold. It seems never toasted the bread or had been sitting in the bin. I asked for 3 buttermilk dressing dips for my 2 large Curley fries, and they gave me only 2.

Night shift staff is horrible. I did drive thru waited 6 minutes at the first window to pay and the female employee was on her phone the whole time never noticed me. So i went to the second window waited another 4 minutes for someone to finally appear at the window. We told the other employee that we waited at the first window and didnt even apologize When i
Received my food they didn't even put the bacon that comes with my chicken sandwich and i asked for extra curly fries and got more regular fries mixed in there .

Food received was cold…Bread (hard) , cheese (not melted) and meat (barely looked like a slice of bacon was on it). It was a breakfast sandwich. How do you mess that up? In addition, there was a Hispanic female that came to window and demonstrated horrible customer service after I complained about the quality of food. She was very abrupt and rude. Luckily there was a Hispanic gentlemen and young lady that demonstrated appropriate customer service. Kudos to those employees. For the other lady, she must not want her job. It’s only a matter of time before she meets someone that will match her energy or better yet a higher up is made aware of her behavior and disciplines her. At this point it’s not worth my time or money to visit again. Good luck to those who continue to visit this establishment.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Jack in the Box. The service was extremely slow — I waited almost an hour just to get my food, and for a long time nobody even came to take my order. On top of that, I asked for a small drink but was charged for a large instead. By the time I finally got my order, the whole experience had already left a bad impression. I usually enjoy Jack in the Box, but this location really needs to improve its customer service and attention to detail.
