I have been in this drive thru long for over 20 mins my man literally walked across the street to go get snacks while we wait in the damn line.. u don’t wanna know what else we’ve gotten done while in this line

They have wonderful customer service here. I usually hate the customer service at jack in the box other locations. They usually don’t care and rush you out of the drive through. Yet this particular location has young kids and they are super sweet and patient. They give you all of your food. It’s always fresh!

I’ve been going to this jack for years. Now recently within past year or so everytime I go there is food missing, old food or horrible customer service sometimes all in one. Better to go down the street to other jack in the box then waste your time here. The other day I came in the middle of the night and someone left the head set on and there was talking/cussing and music playing, I waited 5-10 min then left since no one wanted to work.

I’ve tried 1 million times To hope that it’s gonna get better… Different management different owners obviously it’s not a different owner and each time I try and give another chance they disappoint me even more. This will be the last Time I come here. I’d rather eat the grease pit behind El Rancho then eat here again.

I was in the drive through line, there was 2 cars and it took a very long time, but its understandable, but then i get my food and my drink is wrong, i did not get my fries, and theres what looks to be nacho cheese or cheese of some sort over all of my boxes and sauces. I called 3 times for help and never got any answer.

The service here is horrible. Tonight we order a burger and received it with NO MEAT. and once we went back they didn’t even apologize they just told us to wait outside for a new one. On top of it that we were also missing items from our order.

Excellent. The best Jack in the box I’ve ever been to. Friendly staff, super quick service and all the food was fresh, crispy fried foods, hot and juicy burgers. Truly great food for a very good price, exceeded all of my expectations.

Employees steal their own doordash orders and brag about it. I'm sure delivery drivers love to have their time wasted.
If you're a delivery driver and have encountered issues with this you should escalate it with your delivery company and leave a review.

They are lazies at the drive thrus, when someone places an order online for pick up they want you to go inside , I have picked up in every jack in the box in drive thrus from many places & they never give me trouble but even the “supervisor” wearing pink working the morning shift was rude, she needs to go to work in her hygiene before working in a good place.

I just spent $69.75 via the Jack in the Box and this store 3955 has no order for me. As a Web developer. I’m no idiot. I know that it can happen and it can get lost in transit. But the store has been extremely rude and claims that they do not have my order. I ordered at 11:11 A.M. today and I have yet to received my order. So I guess I’m going to have to fight my bank like the Manager told me to yet it’s ridiculous because I have hungry children and elderly here. For them to basically tell me I’m screwed in a not so nice way is poor management at this location. I should not have to fight to get my money back. The store should make it correct? Or at least that app should have a phone number so you can get in contact with them. Not an email that tells you they have high volume and you can expect delays, but here’s the deal in today’s society if that was my last bit of money. What if I didn’t have the convenience of being able to order my family another meal places like this their apps, DOORDASH. It’s all a scam. They’re taking our money, and I am definitely jumping on the DOORDASH lawsuit. Might want to check that out y’all.
Sad to say this will be last visit or order from this location because DoorDash doesn’t refund for food you don’t receive and lately this stores food has been rather disappointing. I have 3 other orders I’ll list here later with pics of proof of all the food orders that have been messed up with no compensation. FOR EXAMPLE IF I GO INTO AN ESTABLISHMENT AND DINE & DASH THATS THEFT!!! ISNT THIS THE SAME THING???!!! IVE BEEN IN THE INDUSTRY AND THIS IS NO WAY TO TREAT YOUR CONSUMERS
