Edited: I ordered 2 more orders of egg rolls tonight to watch my football game. That's 6 egg rolls with ZERO SAUCE!!! The order receipt clearly shows I ordered sauce so now I get dry egg rolls with no sauce. Tried calling the number here and the number on the receipt, no answer on either. I'm not happy.

These egg rolls are the absolute best!!! Please don't get rid of this delicious crunchy delight!!

Got here at 8:25 and even though the doors and the website say the lobby is open till 10 they had the doors locked. There was already another couple at the door and the employee poked his head out and said the lobby is closed.

If the owner or corporate doesn't know this I wanted to make sure they realize they're turning people away this early.

First time at a Jack in the Box. Of course the menu does not represent what you get so don't let that fool you. You think you're getting a nice, thick sandwich. Yeah, you're not. Ordered a French Toast platter, didn't even get a fork or syrup. Common sense would be helpful there. What I ordered vs what I got.

This was the slowest drive through we have been to in a while. It took at least 20 mins to get through the line. Then the food was burnt and cold.
