The wait time here is ridiculous. Please hire adequate staff. No reason I should be waiting 40 min and there is only 3 people ahead of me.

Cashier is always nice, pretty smile, very hardworking girl. Today she took a bit longer than usual, turns out there was a lady on the drive thru who wouldn't move cause her order wasn't done right. She threw a drink at cashier who was still managing to take all the orders. I had several mobile orders pickups, so I come here alot, cashier is the only cashier at night who no matter what is always nice and very friendly, always has the mobile orders ready. I did notice her wiping her face idk if she was crying. But she is fast!!!

Cashier had over 10 cars in the drive thru, handled everything in tears while getting told off in the background by the manager. I heard most of the argument. Something about a burger not well done and cashier was telling him to make another one. He was laughing in the back. Not a good place to work there with people like that.

Tried to go thru the drive thru, waited for 10 minutes with no answer. No sign or explanation as to why there wasn’t an answer. I understand it gets busy but I wish they were better with putting up a sign saying that the drive thru wasn’t working so I didn’t get stuck there for 20 mins. I didn’t even get food.

My dad went through the driveway to get the breakfast croissants. He's 75 so he didn't realize that the breakfast had bacon and ham on it. I'm allergic to pork so he told them no bacon. Totally fine that's on him. They did not give him a receipt. I'm calling to try and fix the order. It keeps ringing and ringing until finally the automated message says to enter an access code. They don't have their voicenail

Rude staff: I was picking up an order and I had barely said a word when he looked at the phone and closed the window. It’s worth noting that two drinks were missing, and I had to go back and get in line again through the drive-thru. Then I heard him tell his coworkers that I didn’t say anything, like I was mute. I told him I’m not mute, it’s just that he doesn’t let me speak, and he rudely responded that I have to be quick. He was not polite at all—it was the guy with glasses. I still had to wait on the other side for two more orders that took a long time Terrible customer service.”

They take a long time on small orders. Don’t stop and get breakfast if you’re on time to work because they will set you 20 minutes behind.
