We have been going to this JNB for almost 30 years and while its had its ups and downs in the form of many bad employees, orders completely wrong and items forgotten -- It has really been better the last year or two. Finally I don't feel the need to pull over and check my order before leaving the parking-lot. Food last night was great and the person at the window was really nice.

I experienced at your drive-thru today. The employee who handles the drive-thru a skinny woman - I waited more than 7 minutes at the drive-thru with no response, and when I finally reached the window, she still did not acknowledge me properly. Instead, she was disrespectful and began saying unnecessary things with a very unprofessional attitude. Management should be aware of the behavior of employees, especially those working in customer service positions. As customers, we are paying for our food; we are not asking for anything for free. Basic courtesy and professionalism should always be a priority. I hope this issue is addressed to improve the service at this location.

Worst jackinthebox tacos I've ever had! Yall should be ashamed burnt and ridiculously greasy. How'd you burn them and soak them in grease at the same time. Disgusting. Couldn't even eat this threw them straight to the trash waste of money.

The burger was great here they didnt have coke when I showed up, I thought that was kind of weird. The potato wedges were skimpy. I got 4 wedges in the whole set up seem like I got jipped for it to be new and improved i ordered with a extra set up as well. Im afraid to see what it looks like regularly, otherwise everything else was great.

What's up with night shift? I repeated my order 3 to 4 times on the speaker and when I got to the window they still hadn't had my order down. I had to repeat it twice. Guy looked at me like I was crazy.
