The female employee that was working at 4am on 3/10/2025 is incredibly rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. We pulled up to the speaker and before we could say anything, she shouts, "ONLINE ORDERS ONLY!" We said okay and proceeded to place our order online. My husband said, "Ma'am?" And again, she shouts, "ONLINE ORDERS ONLY!!!" My husband and I were shocked. He responded, "Yes. We are placing one now. I just wanted to know if your ice cream machine is working." She said, "Ughhh yeah but we can't do that. It's online orders only." Since it wasn't working, we waited quite some time and asked if the system was still updating and she said, "Yeah..." and I kid you not, "ONLINE ORDERS ONLY!!!" When we tried to speak to her, she laughed and made some very rude comments. We will get all the information we need about this store and this particular employee and have a nice, long chat with corporate.

I’m not typically the type of person to go out of my way to give a bad review for a place, but when I found mold on one of the sandwiches that I ordered I felt like I needed to. I’ve been coming here all my life and it actually was a place that have been frequenting as of late. Unfortunately, I can’t say that will be the case for much longer if moldy buns continue to be served. This is the first time that this has happened to me at least, but I hope this gets corrected in the future.

Ordered a 3 piece egg roll and a 3 piece stuffed jalapeño. The recipient says different and so does the total. I didn't receive my jalapeños and got the incorrect change. This place and their overnight staff has gone wayyyy down hill in the last 2 months.

This is 2 times now they have stolen my money and told me to call corporate when no corporate number is available. Otherwise I have to somehow hope I go to the store during the extremely small window a manager is available
