I placed a DoorDash order for my husband and me at 1:20 AM at night on January 8, 2026, and once again items were missing from my order. My Red Bull and fries were not included, and this has become a pattern with this location. Something like this keeps happening, which is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Good thing DoorDash refunded me for the missing items, but this situation shouldn’t keep occurring.NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN

This place is a train wreck. Ordered a meal plus just a burger with extra pickles. Realized the order was wrong in the drive through line - guy took stuff back. Gave us new order - hamburger had meat and that was it. No sauce or veggies. Or pickles. Cannot believe this is still open. And none of it was hot. Had a similar experience the previous visit

This Jack in the Box was on point compared to the ones in San Antonio. My wife and I had breakfast sandwiches and they were made fresh and tasted great. The restrooms and kitchen were clean. Overall great Jack in the Box location. Wish you were in San Antonio.

The food was brought out quickly and was hot and fresh — great service! However, the music in the restaurant was a bit too loud, which made it hard to enjoy the meal comfortably. A slightly quieter atmosphere would definitely improve the dining experience.
