The guy at the counter was confused when we pulled up to the pick up window and just stared at us. After I said I already ordered then he realized where he was and gave me my order. If that wasn't bad enough my sauces loaded bacon cheese wedges literally has no sauce cheese or bacon as my picture showed.

I made an order in the drive thru for myself and 3 other people at around 11 am and I was very disappointed with this location’s service and food quality. The cashier at the window asked me to pull into one of the curbside spots out front, where I waited for 23 minutes for all of my order the come out. I was missing one drink, and half of the items were wrong or prepared incorrectly. I was also charged extra for a meal, where the cashier rung a burger, fries, and a drink individually. This place should not be considered fast food.

Whoever was working today at 6:00PM. Mexican women with glasses is extremely rude and unprofessional. I attempted to use the app to order food. I kept getting and error message. I drove to this location told the person in the drive thru I was trying to order and use points that are in the app. I asked if I could use them in store since the app wasn’t working. I was told to pull forward before they took my order. When the guy finally opens the window he takes my order and ask me to pull forward. I asked him if he’s going to make my food before all these other cars since my order was not taken ahead of time. I had to wait another 20 mins and when I went to tell the lady she showed no empathy or respect for anyone’s time. Then my food is ready and I tell her it’s on the window and she takes her time walking slow to fill the food. Just being pretty. Then instead of apologizing or handing me the bag herself. She goes to look for someone else to hand them the bag and he’s looking trying to figure out who it’s for because she says nothing !!! I’m just watching im disbelief. Maybe you can’t rush an order but apologize for the mistake and act like we’re paying customers!!! Just rude for no reason

This was a terrible experience for this place. Well actually a non experience since the door were locked at 4:37 pm on Wednesday April 23,2005. They were closed. Said they were closed but they had a long line in the drive through. You might ask why not just use drive through? Well, that would be because I walked to the pet store with my dog to buy dog food and thought I’d get myself something to eat also. But that was a no go. You would think that the person that came to the door to tell me they were closed would have at least offered to take my order and bring it to me when it was ready but I suppose the thought of making a sale or trying to make a customer happy or even just providing the service to everyone equally would be something that jack in the box would have trained their employees to do but I can see that they don’t care about my business or anyone’s really. They might as well just close this location since they can’t seem to be able to open their doors to the public anyway. I’ve never in my 50 plus years seen a business make the decision to turn away customers in the middle of the afternoon??? Can’t say that it’s a winning strategy to run a successful business but I guess that’s just my opinion.

Give these employees some grace. Just be nice and patient. The guy with stretched ears was totally cool and respectful. Great experience
