I saw other reviews saying they've been unable to order late night from here. Unfortunately, they are correct. Also, not the nicest employee. Very disappointed. And maybe next time the employee doesn't sit in the dining area on his phone where everyone can see him.

I ordered 1 Late Night Munchie meal and got a second for free- but threw the second one away because the first was so bad. While it was cooked and the order was correct, the burger, fries, and onion rings were all bland as if they completely forgot salt exists. The burger itself relied the ketchup and other sauces to provide any sort of seasoning. It was also delivered cold and took almost 40 minutes to arrive despite the delivery address being just 2.5 miles away and the app saying it would take AT MAX 20 minutes. Overall, the only redeeming factor of the meal was the coffee. 2/10 this was the final straw that convinced me Jack in the Box just isn't good anymore unless your tastebuds are dead and you cant taste anything to begin with. Don't buy their burgers with less seasoning than cardboard, the price and calories even at under $15 arent worth it. Just go to Taco Bell or McDonalds instead like I will from now on

I came to this location on Saturday evening.. I waited over a few minutes before I was acknowledged, then when I was I was placing my order in mid conversation the person on the other end says let me know when you ready I got to the window He said I couldn't hear you I thought you were on the phone I said no I was talking he said i talk low I ordered a 2 tacos with no lettuce, and a eggroll. I left got home the tacos has lettuce, and the eggroll was okay.
No problem with the food but the customer was unpleasant and asked stupid questions and was rude

I have been trying to buy food from this location for two years late at night since it’s advertised as 24 hours. For the last two years, I haven’t once been able to actually buy food. Either they are “closed for maintenance” per the person who answers the call box, or they refused to even answer at the box. They should change the hours on google if they are not in fact 24 hours.

They are NOT open 24 hours. I went there more than three times around midnight and 1 a.m., and they always said that the system was down or gave some other excuse for not serving us. I'm definitely not going to try to get my food there anymore. ?
