When i go, they mess up my order. its the dips but one time it was the whole order. not ok. But one time the order was good and not messed up. Was 2 stars but because of this, I increased it to 3 stars.

Jack in the Box is a solid go-to when you want quick food with lots of options. The menu has a good variety, so it’s easy to find something whether you’re craving burgers, tacos, or breakfast. went there close to 12 am the line was a bit long when i got there but then i got to the speaker and no one literally answered waited a few mins even after i said hello a couple times got tired of waiting so i leave and pass the window and theyre all there.... like i get it, it's somewhat late but isnt it a 24 hrs location... just went somewhere else at that point

Just picked up my mobile order and I'm beyond disappointed. Took an hour to get it and the burgers were completely wrong. Fries hard and tasteless. Wish management would help this place out and ensure they have more coverage overnight.

Ridiculous. I asked for curly fries and ranch and got neither. There was NO ONE behind me, yet they still made me pull around to the front and wait 15 minutes — for the WRONG order. Food isn’t cheap anymore, so there’s no excuse for messing up a simple order and then having an attitude when it’s pointed out.

Came Sunday a 8:30 and no one was there on drive thru. We pull up to the window and NOBODY was at the kitchen but you see people eating inside. We pulled to the front contemplating whether to go inside or not but saw a worker sitting on top of the table on the phone. We left. Terrible

I’ve ordered from Jack-in-the-Box three times using GrubHub and all three times they cannot get my cheeseburger, right. It’s very frustrating when you place an order and you pay $20 for a cheeseburger and french fries and they cannot make it right. The second time it happened I called and spoke with the manager and asked if they could just be a little more conscientious, and she assured me they would. I guess if they don’t want my business bad enough, I won’t order from them anymore

Came last night after a birthday party Hispanic male with arm cast and tattoos working drive thru was giving us a attitude ordering slamming the window when it was time for us to pay giving us crooked looks after paying we watched him literately throw our food violently in the bags while rolling his eyes forget that the windows looked like they haven’t been washed since opening but this guy definitely needs to be fired we wanted our money back but was scared for our safety!!!!!! Will be calling the fda for restaurant checkup and Jack in the box corporate he also forget most of the items in our order!

No welcome nothing
Thought ok I’ll go wash my hands, I returned to order stood at counter til 2:45pm gave up return to car
1 table already eating inside no one waiting in drive thru once in my car
