Came last night after a birthday party Hispanic male with arm cast and tattoos working drive thru was giving us a attitude ordering slamming the window when it was time for us to pay giving us crooked looks after paying we watched him literately throw our food violently in the bags while rolling his eyes forget that the windows looked like they haven’t been washed since opening but this guy definitely needs to be fired we wanted our money back but was scared for our safety!!!!!! Will be calling the fda for restaurant checkup and Jack in the box corporate he also forget most of the items in our order!

I frequent this location and usually everything goes well. I did recieve a partially wrong order today but went back to correct it and a manager quickly gave me the correct order.

Thurs august 5, 2025 @ 2:30pm Walked in supervisor wearing headset leaning aside the front counter over to side on her phone texting or posting No welcome nothing Thought ok I’ll go wash my hands, I returned to order stood at counter til 2:45pm gave up return to car 1 table already eating inside no one waiting in drive thru once in my car

Stopped by at 0130 on 07/01 and was told by the drive through person to leave because they were on break and would not take my order. So much for 24hour service.
going to grab food after a long day at midnight and as I pull thru the window the employee goes on the speaker and says “I WILL NOT BE TAKING YOUR ORDER I AM ON MY BREAK SO YOU CAN LEAVE” it wasn’t because it was night time I would go inside and report it to manager bc this is not it👎

I went to buy 20 tacos today and I was surprised that they gave me the tacos in less then 5 minutos, I was happy but when I got home the tacos weren't fresh like I always got them, they gave me some of them fresh and some of them cold like they cooked them earlier.. is my first time that this happened to me I'm really disappointed.. I put them in the trash, because is late night and I don't have time to go back today.
