The wait time is 15–20 minutes for a soft tofu soup. If you’re willing to pay $2–3 more, you can get more banchan and a larger portion at a regular Korean restaurant compared to this food court spot.

The food was alright, there is definitely better K-Food options in Hmart and Katy. That wasn’t really the issue though. The lady at the register on Aug 6, 1:30pm was insanely rude, to the point where I questioned if I had offended her 😂 absolutely horrible service, even with only 1-2minutes of interaction. It’s probably why my food tasted so bitter! Her energy sucked all the good taste and replaced it with sour.

Do not come if you’re planning to eat during lunch time. It says 11:30 open time, but not true. You’re lucky if they open at noon. Do not come, unless you’re eating after 1pm. Don’t understand why they don’t open earlier. So annoying

The food here is delicious but the service is absolutely awful. I will spend upwards of 30 minutes waiting for food and have to beg servers to talk to me. Truly nothing that’ll spoil a dinner so much. Such a shame because the food is great.

To the owner. I am not sure why you guys not open as quick as you can. It is at 1:30pm on Sunday, and it is still close. You lose alot of customer during lunch. You need to hire the right person.

We ordered for delivery and for the second time, they didn’t include a meal. Their customer service was apathetic and their solution was to come pick it up. Refused to deliver the missing items because they were too busy and suggested we refund through uber eats. Worst customer service.
The rice is old. The rice is dry and it smells like a rice cooker. The amount of ingredients in the kimbap is masked by the scent of sesame oil, so it's still okay.

We were really craving bibimbap, but there was a closed sign and no one to speak to. We waited fifteen minutes, ordered from another place, then fifteen minutes later saw people trying to order despite the closed sign being up. I was really hoping to give them our business.
I ordered the mushroom tofu soup and the broth tasted like water. So very disappointing. And they did not have the regular metal spoon and instead gave us plastic spoon.
I always ate here during my lunch break and got the samgyupsal and seafood tofu soup combo. It was pricey but well worth the price considering you get a huge amount of food.
