We entered a big order for a group. Everything was perfectly organized and labeled. Nothing was missing from the order. The order was ready when I came to pick it up and they helped me to my car. I would use this store again 100%.

First time going to this Jason’s Deli in Katy off Mason. Very disappointed to say the least. The cheese broccoli soup had barely any broccoli, corn muffins and the cranberry walnut were hard not fresh fortunately the only thing that was fresh and delicious were the gingerbread muffins.

Big fan to order one of these ahead of time and take it to the golf range. Personally, the club Royale/California club worth chips is exactly what I need on the golf course. The sandwich is solid, albeit a little pricey. The pastas are alright, the soups are enjoyable (chicken noodle/chicken pot pie), but I'd recommend the croissant sandwich the best. Cheers!

Did an excellent job with a delivery order for 20+ high school swimmers. On time, food was great, great communication and labeling. Highly recommended.
Ordered my usual deli club today, delicious as always. New to the menu is the chicken carbonara, so i tried that. It is really, really good. You can add grape tomatoes, spinach, more mushrooms, and red onion. I opted just for the red onion. It is delicious, and enough for 2 meals. Service here is quick and polite. Would recommend this place to everyone.

I'm really sad, I went to Jason's Deli tonight and bought some sandwiches, and I was really disappointed in the quality of food that I received. This is not the first time I have received very poor quality food from the Jason's Deli on Mason Road, but I am still a huge fan of Jason's Deli. My issue just seems to be with the Jason's Deli on Mason Road, I don't know who they have making their sandwiches, but they need to invest in some training. There is so much that is off with their sandwiches that fall very short of where their sandwiches used to be. The tomatoes you get on your sandwich are not fresh in anyway, they are complete mush. This also contributes to a very soggy sandwich. The bread sandwich was made on, tasted like it was old and not fresh at all. There was barely any meat on the sandwich and the Swiss cheese that they put on the sandwich tasted like absolute garbage. Did y'all start using a different kind of cheese for some reason? If you did please switch back !!!! I could not eat the food I purchased. This was an absolute embarrassing performance for Jason's Deli.

I ordered curbside many times with no complaint. However, the last two times I order hasn't been good. The first I had to go in and get my order. The second, I had to call for them to bring out my order. They have a new hire who don't want to bring out the orders.
