Had to wait for over 20 minutes just for ice cream.
Someone came after us and order and this lady gave them their order first. Then she proceed it to take another and then she started making their order first. On top of that after I went and asked for my order she said "what did I forget?" Uuuh my order obviously!! When she was making our order she then told us they didn't have any cookie butter which we had asked for.
Worst experience ever!!!!!

Cool treats are great, lots of different rotating flavors. May want to go at off peak times as it can take a while to get your treat if there are already lines.

This is the second time that i have come to this location and have been dissatisfied with customer service do to lack of paying attention the first time i came i asked for peanut butter ice which the gentlemen’ gave me coffee i ensured the associate that i was in fact coffee and not peanut butter and he just stared and me and and huffed and buffed and walked away. Then proceeded to taste the ice out of the freezer to confirm the flavor and to his surprise it was coffee and process with and attitude asking me what i wanted him to do . Just rude. Second time i came the gentleman had to make my order over twice just do to lack of listening i told him i wanted to substitute the nerd candy for chocolate chips he started making it and completed it with out any chocolate chips and then got an attitude once i told him and which he confirmed that i only wanted to have chocolate chips then the second time he made it over he did NOT layer it correct with chocolate chips he did not put any at the bottom or middle just the top. Come on I’ve been coming here for a while now and these two experiences have me not wanting to revisit this location. Mind you these are two separate employees the first guys must have got let go. Also i arrive btwn 930pm and 940pm and the door was locked. When the guy came to the door to open it he asked me if u had a pick up order as if they were closed for the night and implying they were only taking online orders, then stared at me even i asked him are they closed or something and he just looked at me and said umm watch the floor it’s wet. With no sign on the floor and all the chairs and tables picked up. That is a very uninvited experience for someone to walk into

Came in to Jeremiah’s Italian Ice today to use a coupon voucher the kids received at school. It was our first time here. The wait was a little long however, they have one gentleman doing EVERYTHING. They were out of the flavor 3 of us wanted but despite that Braxton was able to help serve us and not disappoint. I was going to skip getting anything and was talking quietly among my family and he overheard me mention some flavors. He so calmly and graciously offered to get me samples of the flavors I was interested in and was able to save the sale and keep us all very happy. He never made us feel rushed yet he never stopped. Despite the long line of people and the wait times he handles the store very well. He is able to work efficiently while being professional and calm. He really impressed us! I hope this company knows what they have in this young gentleman. The ice was amazing. Two of us got just ice and two got the ice and soft serve swirl. We all enjoyed what we got. Strongly recommend bringing some water it made us thirsty! We look forward to being back many more times! This will take place of our summer snow cone runs!

Jeremiah's has always been a go-to for me, no matter which city or state I find myself in, all thanks to its delightful array of flavors. This particular location stands out with its unique decor—it's absolutely adorable! The ambiance adds an extra layer of enjoyment to the already fantastic dining experience. Highly recommend for both the flavors and the charming atmosphere!

I love the Italian ices here there so flavorful and the ice cream is the best I have never tasted anything like that I most definitely recommend this place or any Jeremiah’s locations and I love the workers they have good energy and I feel welcomed here

I’ve been a fan of Jeremiah’s since I experienced it visiting my sister in Florida. I can’t say how excited I was to find out Jeremiah’s was coming to Texas. I love Jeremiah’s and take my grandkids whenever I can.
