Way overpriced sandwiches, we ordered chipotle chicken, big Kahuna, buffalo chicken, and chicken philly and I can say only the buffalo chicken was decent while the rest were bad and ended up in the trash, no flavor and smelled bad. Four sandwiches and 2 drinks and a brownie for $80! We’ll never go back!

Ordered online for specific scheduled pick up time, as I am unable to leave my job for very long. Email confirmation said pick up would be ready at 12:01. I arrived at 12:03 and there was no bags on the pick up shelf. I stood at the counter for 11 minutes within 4 feet of an employee who was printing receipts and fiddling with stickers. He never even looked up. 11 minutes of appearing to purposefully not look up to at least acknowledge a customer and ask if they needed assistance is bewildering and, quite frankly awkward. I finally had to ask another employee who was actually making sandwiches to check to see if my order was ready (I could see it behind the counter the entire time I was standing there!). Was this a race issue?? Was he overly shy or has he simply not received training in customer service/positive interactions? I enjoy the food, however this experience makes me question whether I'll return.
