I ordered the #12 beach club which is what I always order. I asked for extra cheese this time and got lesser meat. I called it in and the guy arguing with me that made my sandwich that he put meat on it yesterday one slice of meat.

Went to mason road jimmy John’s at noon today ordered a giant turkey with lettuce, tomato and cheese. When we got home to eat it, it had only 4 small slices of turkey and they forgot to put cheese on the grinder. We have been coming to this location for over 4 years. This experience was very disappointing and we will not be returning.

Staff here is so fast, blink and you might miss them making your sandwich. Ingredients taste more fresh than the place with the $5 footlong... I always get one of the Italian sandwiches, could not recommend this place enough if you want a quick meal on the go.

Ordered a “Gargantuan” sandwich and was told I could NOT get it toasted. No reasonable explanation.
Requested to have sub cut in half and was not… no big deal I’ll ask them to cut it right?
