Excellent food, quick friendly service. Lana was very helpful explaining the menu, and she suggested combinations that added greater value to our choices. The decor is clean and modern, with high ceilings and plenty of natural light. Jinya is in a strip mall, with dark tinted windows, so it's easy to walk right by it, and not notice it's a restaurant, but once you get inside, it's a surprisingly attractive place. I am very spoiled by Ramen I have had in Tokyo (obviously the best place to get Ramen), but Jinya is very good, and a good value, and I will definitely come back.

Went to Jinya for a quick bite today and Dan was my bartender/server. He was extremely friendly and made a KILLER lycheetini. Definitely recommend ordering them from him. Super good service, will be coming back soon. Thank you!!

Service is amazing! Erin is the best server, seriously. Very charismatic and on point with everything. I vote Erin for president. Erin be caring but not over staring. He's not one of those servers who neglects a table or is always creepin too close. His vibes are umame.

As a regular at this restaurant, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service provided by Hudson during my recent visit. Despite it being my first time being served by them, Hudson immediately made me feel welcome and appreciated as a customer.

I have genuinely never had to hold myself back from starting an argument with anyone more. I have been to this exact location about 10+ times, me and my boyfriend have SERIOUS life threatening allergies to shellfish and fish, we let the waiters know every single time. Today was the only time anyone in this restaurant has ever made it clear that they use shellfish dust in every ramen that isn't vegan, no this is not listed anywhere on the physical menu. The menu actually says to notify your waiter if you have any which we have everytime. Given how serious our allergies are they are LUCKY we have not had a life threatening incident occur. The fact that we have never once been told this is actually ridiculous. So ridiculous the table next to us coincidentally had a serious shellfish allergy she said she has had ramen multiple times and different Jinya locations and also has never once been notified about the allergens. If you aren't planning on educating a single one of your waiters why not just list the allergens in depth? This is the last time i'm ever eating here, i refuse to risk my life and trust your establishment, and your employees, along with your shitty very sneaky menu. Wish i would have taken a picture of your menu listing every ingredient in everything except for the one thing that matters.

If you are in the mood for ramen, this is the place to go. Many locations in the greater Houston area. The style and decor is very easy to fit into. The menu is easy and short and the service is good. I go for the spicy chicken ramen and it is just the right amount. Definitely recommend it.

We ordered the spicy chicken ramen, JINYA chicken ramen, chicken chashu bowl, chicken wonton ramen, edamame, shrimp tempura, and chocolate and green tea mochi. The JINYA chicken ramen lacked a little bit of flavor. But the shrimp tempura was delicious!!!! The green tea mochi was just perfectly delicate to cleanse the palate of the all the flavors. The ambience and service at this place was also really nice.
We had a fantastic experience at JINYA Ramen thanks to Payton, our server. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure our dining experience was enjoyable. He offered great recommendations and ensured our orders were accurate. Payton's excellent service definitely enhanced our visit to JINYA Ramen, and I'll be sure to request him again next time!"
For vegetarians , the food was average, for a soup bowl with some noodles and veggies, $20 inclusive of tax and tip is very high.The staff is excellent at hospitality.But the sitting is too close, I can hear the conversation of the next table easily. I can get a better soup bowl with noodles for $10 at a Vietnamese restaurant.
