We gave this place a try for the first time todayfor takeout. We got the double cheeseburger which was pretty good and the crazy burger, which was not as tasty. We also got their 2 piece cornmeal breaded fish which came with a variety of fries, onion rings and a hush puppy. It tasted decent with the tartar sauce, and the fried variety was good. The funnel cake fries were ok, but the fried oreos were really good. They did forget the bavarian creme churro we had ordered which was annoying.

I want to tell you about the food at JLB Eatery Old Katy—it's fresh, homemade flavor that redefines comfort food. Everyone talks about the famous burgers, but the Chicken Tenders and Fries Combo is the best meal on the menu and deserves my attention. The Cajun-style tenders are thick, juicy, and have an excellent crispy coating because they are cooked fresh just for me. The fries are perfectly golden and seasoned, and I love dipping them in the Thousand Island house sauce for the ultimate hearty side. The entire place is always maintained to high standards and is extremely clean, so I highly recommend JLB Eatery!

I have are in this location several times. The last two times have been horrific as far as the food goes. Keep burning the burger and to top it off today, when I went to fill my glass with tea slime poured out into my glass.
